On 24 July 2006, per NYC regulations, in the presence of my attorney, I telephoned feeNYPD License Section and advised of my arrest On 26 July 2006 I also provided awritten recap by letter to the NYPD. (Please see copy attached.) I also, as required,vouchered (Voucher Hos. N285S41 and N285898) at my local precinct all weapons inmy possession in New York, (Please see copies, attached.)

The "obstruction of justice" charges were dismissed in full by the SXKN.Y. U.S V

Attorney's Office three weeks later, on 07 August 2006. I was never indicted for anycrime in NY

The followingday on 08 August 2006, on the identical complaint (and as a replacementof the-, original charges), I was charged in California (CD.CAJ) federal court with'Impersonating a federal agent7'. Once again, all charges against me were dismissed bythe local U-S, Attorney's Office (on 13 October 2006). Once again, I was never indictedfo r any crime,

In summary I was never indicted, and I do not have any conviction for any crime.Further; I am not presently under arrest or indictment in am? jurisdiction. My criminal

record is absolutely clear.

I am therefore requesting the return of all firearms which-1 vouchered with the N < Y.P.D.at the earliest possible opportunity and the reinstatement of my firearms permits (ifthey:have been suspended). ^—^
