Giving youth a voice and a purpose - It is now the 3rd year that AIESEC organizes one of the biggest youth leadership forums in Romania. From the beginning, the purpose of the project has been to reunite under the same forum, representatives from companies, leaders from different sectors and youth talent selected by AIESEC, to engage and discuss the topic of youth leadership in Romania and how we can change todays society for the better.As being part of AIESEC Romania, I have see the way that this Forum has evolved and has given many perspectives both tothe young students that we work with each and every day, but as well to the representatives of the companies and thespeakers that we have invited. OBJECTIVES and BENEFITS FOR Romania Youth Leadership Forum 2012

DESCRIPTION: During the Youth to Business Forum the members have the opportunity to interact directly with the corporate environment from Romania, through the workshops and trainings delivered by our partnering companies. Through this forum, AIESEC in Romania wishes to offer connection points and networking opportunities for the students and recent graduates, members of our organization to take the step from their student life to their professional one.
