1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. General information

This Rolling deck is ideal design for in ground Spa, Swimspa and Swimming pool. It can be customized in different size. Elegant walk-in terrace. Well insulated and heat lock. Electrically adjustable remote control. Heated rail for winter use Always clean pool water. The deck surface can be tailored to customer requirements. Completely usable as a patio cover. Easy to use, durable, easy care and maintenance

1.2. Safety warnings

This manual may change subject to development without prior notice. 1. The Product must be placed on the horizontal and solid ground. 2. For safe use, the Product should be regularly checked monthly. 3. Power off before installation. 4. The product is heavy; please apply necessary protection during installation. 5. Do not step on and throw hit before all screws and surface board were fixed well. 6, Please protect the Aluminum insulation board correctly.

Step 1. Prepare the tools

Step 2. Install the rails and heater

Important installation details guide: Important measures and installation position:

①Distance between Rails and swim spa/spa lip :80mm

②Rail stay longer than the lip 80mm

（L=the length of spa（short side rolling）/ the width of spa（long side rolling））

Details drawing as below:

Screw the rail to the even ground( Self tapping screw: 5*20).

Special remind：First screw the rail on this side, and then fixed on the other side after step 3 to

finish.

Step 3. Install the wheels to the frame and joint the deck frame. (1). Slid in the square female screw to the reserved wheel position and fixed the wheels.

Important note: The deck height can be adjusted by the wheel Hexagon screw， The

Spa/Swimspa lip above the ground height should be between 0mm to 80mm.

(2). Turn over and place to the rail prepare for the frame joint. Details drawing as below.

(3). Joint the frames to one piece.

Use 6-8 pcs of locking Plier to hold the frames together and then screw (Hexagon screw:

M12*110).

Step 8. Seal rubber installation (1).Slid in the #3 seal rubber

(2).Slid in the #2 seal rubber

(3).Slid in the #1 seal rubber

Step 9. Motor system installation and operating test（Automatic configuration） (1). Install the motor base according to the drawing below:

(2). Install the chain fixing panel

(3).Wire the infrared system and the chain.

Adjust the nut to match

the rack gap.

(4). Motor Stopper installation

After finished stopper installation, power on and test operating the motor.

Check the seal rubber and make sure the rubber seal well on the lip of the swimspa. For "Twin Motors Solution", please refer to Step 10, otherwise go to Step 11 directly.

Step 10.

Install the gear strip, the drag chain slot and the motor at the other moving side(of the second

motor), reference operations as below:

1.Repeat Step 5.

2.Repeat Step 6.

3.Repeat Step 8, but please do not install the stopper.

Step 11. Aluminum insulation board and water proof insulation sheet installation (1).Put the Aluminum insulation board into the frame carefully.

(2). Screw the water proof insulation sheet on top of the board.

3.2. Decoration materials installation

Install framework and decking materials (Subject to projector).

4. Use of the Rolling deck（Automatic configuration）

4.1 Start up

Make sure there are no people or any barrier on the rail.

Make sure no people stand on the cover while the deck is rolling.

Turn on the power supply; press any button to start the rolling deck.

Rolling deck will stop automatically when arriving destination.

4.2 Caution:

Keep the remote control in dry place and stay away from children.

Remote control is usable within 8m away from equipment.

Unlock the motor in emergency to move the deck manually.

4.3 Note:

Safety infrared system: The roll deck will stop automatically, when the roll deck hit a barrier

between the two detectors. Remove the barrier and press the start button in remote control to

operate the roll deck again.

The remote control button has memorial function.

In winter time, when there is frost on rail,Remove the snow on top of the deck and turn on the

heater till the frost gone.
