Putzmeister’s rotary pump is at theheart of the new RoLine concretepump:

■ Quick and easy cleaning■ No residual concrete remains in the

system■ Low wear: the rotor hose is the only

wear part of the pump and can bereplaced very quickly

■ Delivers even the most difficult materials

The rotor hose is the only wear part of thepump, an can be replaced very quickly.To protect the hose, it is laid on a fullyvulcanised rubber bed.

Almost no residual concrete – nearly100 % of the concrete in the hopper canbe delivered to the construction site.Expensive concrete residue disposal isavoided.

Delivers a wide range of material includ-ing more difficult materials such as: steelfibre concrete, free flowing screed, foamconcrete, self compacting concrete, fluidconcrete, lightweight concrete up to aparticle distribution of 32 mm. Evenpumps broken material, if this has agood share of fines in the concrete mix.
