Facilities Update
Facility scheduling is in progress for 2007 (and 2008) We are scheduling the use of ERCOT facilities in Taylor/Austin or at rented
facilities in Austin to meet local needs. We would like Market Participants to consider “donating” facilities, to meet
anticipated needs, in month long blocks, including Austin, for the last half of 2007 and 2008. We would like these discussions to begin immediately for facilities around Texas. The use of the facilities will be subject to available courses and instructors at that
time.
Training team contact is Kim Parish (512-248-6812), [email protected].

Development Update
Script is under development for Nodal 101:The Basics for the deployment of the self-paced, web version of the course at year end.
Team staff levels are now at the desired levels (four SMEs (including Jerry Ward) and two learning specialists) and we expect to accelerate development from this point forward.
Size of instructor pool will be increased in 2007 using contractors to meet training delivery needs.

Anticipate testing-out for 101 being available on schedule - end of 12/06. LMS test plan complete – testing commences 12/08/06.
