The Röshults BBQ Grill is the cornerstone of the designer outdoor kitchen. Designed by the award-winning duo Mats Broberg and Johan Ridderstråle. No detail has been left to chance. The Röshults BBQ Grill is solidly constructed with stainless-steel detailing and treated with an auto-industry approved rust protection. The grill is equipped with thick stainless steel grates which store heat and give the characteristic grilling stripes without cooling down.

Each section is equipped with two Dual Burners, giving a total of four burners per section, combining for an output of 8kW/h. The double layers of Protection Bars deliver an even heat distribution. Two variable heat controls for each section give maximum control for excellent grilling results . The fat and oils that drip through the grill are collected in a removable bottom tray that can be filled with sand and easily cleaned and disposed of after use.

All of our gas grills come with a slip cover to hide the gas canister in a tidy way. There are many accessories that complement the design to best suit your requirements for a perfect barbecueing experience. Röshults BBQ Grills are praised by star chefs around the world thanks to their large grilling surfaces and easily variable heating zones. ART CANDLESTICKS

Every candlestick from Röshults is made with the same dedication to detail as are all our products. Made from robust, unprocessed steel, these unique candlesticks are designed in five different sizes and several surface coatings.

LINNÉ FLOWER POTS

The pots in the Röshults Linné series combines con-temporary Scandinavian design and function. Made out of robust iron or aluminium. The pots are hand-made and protected with a beautiful structure coat. Röshults logotype is imprinted in the lower corner of the pot. Röshults Linné is available in 4 different sizes.

OUTDOOR MATERIAL INFORMATION

STAINLESS STEEL AND AKZO NOBEL

The steel we use is a stainless steel quality and is of type 304 and require minimal maintenance. But it is not completely maintenance free. On surfaces with stainless steel we strongly recommended to wipe off with warm water and pH adjusted soap (pH 9 or pH 10). If stains appears, you can use a standard rust removal and polishing for stainless steel. Never use brushes or sponges with metal. These can press elements of metal into the material, which means that it can start to rust.

Coating: Akzo Nobel Noir 2200 Sablé YW360FFinishes on all our furnitures are made with AkzoNobel’s Interpon D2525 technology. Interpon D2525 is an ultra durable powder coating, which meets the demandingweathering requirements of the leading industry specifications Qualicoat Class 2, GSB. Master, and AAMA 2604-05, as well as BS EN 12206.

TEAK

Teak is a yellowish brown timber with good grains and texture. It is one of the most in demand woods throughout the entire world, due to beauty and unique properties. Unlike other woods, teak will not wrap, crack, becoming brittle or turn colour when in contact with metal, making it an ideal choice for marine use. It is also one of a select few woods found throughout the world that has a naturally high oil content which makes it resistant to rotting when exposed to climactic extremes such as water damage. Due to this it has been a mainstay in the boat building industry for several centuries, for use in decking and construction, and it is also because of this that teak is the timber of choice for garden furniture.The natural oils that teak wood produces also make it resistant to termites and other insects, another factor that makes it extremely popular for use in outdoor furniture.

Care instructions:Teak does not need to be protected. It is a unique wood that if left in its natural state, is virtually maintenance-free. Teak can be left outside year round, surviving even the most extreme weather conditions. Although over time, untreated teak furniture which is exposed to the sun will develop a patina and a silvery, grey colour. This process is cosmetic and does not harm the strength or quality of the wood.Teak sealer is often recommended to preserve the natural honey colour. Teak sealer contains UV protection to keep the sun from graying the furniture as well as a fungicide to prevent the growth of mould and mildew on the surface of your furniture. Sealer is not the same as varnish. It is meant to preserve the colour of the wood and is breathable, letting the natural oils escape without bubbling or peeling like varnish. Sealers and preservatives serve both as protectants and stains. Generally, the darker the stain, the more sun protection it provides, and the less often it needs to be reapplied.Applying the preservative is straightforward. On the first application, the wood should be allowed to stand in the sun for a week or two to allow the wood grain to open. A coat of teak sealer should be sprayed on and rubbed in. Two coats should be applied in this manner. The area underneath the furniture should be protected with a drop cloth or newsprint as most sealers will stain concrete. After the first application, teak sealer should be reapplied every year by cleaning the wood with mild detergent and water and spraying and rubbing in a coat only on the surfaces that get sun.After the furniture is sealed, very little care is needed to preserve the finish. Occasional washing with soap and water will remove normal soil. Oils from foods, wine, coffee and some condiments will penetrate the sealer and may leave a stain. To avoid this, a teak clear coat can be applied to the table top to improve stain resistance.

SUNBRELLA (OUTDOOR FABRIC)

We use Sunbrella all cushions. It is made of solution dyed acrylics and color pigments are mixed with the acrylic before it is a fiber. Fibers and threads are colored in depth, and colors do not fade in the sun. It also resists warning and washing. Compare with carrot (identical color throughout) vs radish (only colored on the surface). Sunbrella guaranties colours in 8 year. It is specially treated to be stain- and water-repellent. It is easy to maintain (lukewarm water and soap solution). It also lets air come through (less moisture, quicker drying time).

The fabrics are removable and reversible. They might be washed in machine (30 degrees) – for tougher dirt, bleach, acetone or white vinegar might be used. Find washing instructions on our web site.

InsideOur cushions get less wet than others and dry faster. The foam is odorless . It has also an effective resilience that reduces seating marks. A good balance between those three properties is in our opinion what makes our cushions effective in time.

Water repellencyMoisture penetrates always into cushions through stitching or by condensation. Röshults prefers cushions breathability and quick drying in front of full water repellency which allows rot from the inside. Still, we have available waterproof pockets if you so wish.

EnviromentSunbrella fabrics are certified Eco-Tex (skin contact) and Greenguard (air quality). Our foam production use no fluorcarbons (freon) or organic volatile solvents (eg: Methylene chloride).

LEATHER

Our leather comes exclusively from the Swedish company ELMO whose animals all come from within Scandinavia. Each skin celebrates it’s natural heritage with insect bites and visible scars. We have chosen to use two-ply leather which is glued offering its beautiful surface on both sides. The cushions are then stuffed with down to achieve the highest level of luxury, comfort and durability.

CORNELIA NORGREN

Designer, Neongrå, Stockholm. Education: Art & Form 2001-2003 (Per-Brahe) Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Specialization: Building Projects with Architectural Technology 2004-2007 (JTH). She finds here inspiration in urban environments.

ANDERS NORGREN

Born in 1945 in Jönköping, Sweden. Author, psychiatric nurse and philosopher. Designed the original Röshults Fire basket. Finds his inspiration from human values and needs.

PER FRANSON

Per Franson has an Honor Graduate from Parsons School of Design in New York. After 4 years, he moved back to Sweden and received his Master of Architecture at the Royal College of Art in 1998. Together with Mattias Wreland he started then the design practice Franson Wreland who have made many exciting projects since.

BROBERG & RIDDERSTRÅLE

Broberg & Ridderstråle are creative collabora-tors based in Stockholm, Sweden, working in a mixed architecture and designpractice. They draw inspiration from everyday life and try to combine a rational approach with a dash of humour and wit.
