During her high school years at HCA, she was involved in art, choir, musical productions, year-book and athletics including swimming and track. She will be attending Hendrix College and will also be participating in Varsity Soccer and Track while a student there.

Zachary Sean Johnson is in his fifth year at Fulton. During his time at The Fulton School, Zach has received the most presti-gious award given to Fulton students, the Dr. Bernard Fulton Award, as well as the Sons of the American Revolution award. Zach received the honor of the TAPPS 1A Fine Arts Student of the Year for 2015. Zach has served as the captain of the football team, debate team and Robotics president. Zach’s fondest mem-ory while at Fulton is the international trip he took overseas his freshman year with fellow students. Zach has been accepted to TAMU, UT, Rice, SMU, University of Houston, Rhodes, Morehouse, Washington University, NYU, Swarthmore, and Howard University. After leaving Fulton, Zach will attend Howard University with future aspirations as a political com-mentator, cultural critic, writer, journalist, or professor of English, all while traveling the world.
Lauren Elizabeth Johnson is in her
second year at Fulton. While at
Fulton, Lauren served as Vice
President of the National Honor
Society and National Art Honor
Society, Co-President of Student
Council, all while volunteering at the
Rockwall County Library. Lauren
has received the Harold Byrd Jr.
Scholarship award. Lauren’s favor-
ite moment at Fulton is sharing a
laugh or two during her Humanities
course. Lauren has been accepted to
Austin College, Oxford College at
Emory University, Southern
Methodist University, Davidson
College, and New York University.
As Lauren leaves Fulton’s halls, she
will attend Austin College majoring
in English Literature. Lauren will
pursue a Master’s degree in creative
writing and a career at a publishing
company.
Meredith Avery Pollock is in her
second year at Fulton. During
Meredith’s time at Fulton, she has
received the Eloise Cullum
Scholarship and the Daughters of
the American Revolution Good
Citizenship award. Meredith has
served as the President of the
National Honor Society,
Co-President of the Student Council,
and is a member of the National Art
Honor Society. Meredith has
enjoyed the humorous moments
during her AP courses at Fulton.
Meredith has been accepted to New
York University, Southwestern
University, Hofstra University,
Hendrix College, Rhodes College,
University of Texas in Austin, and
Southern Methodist University.
After Fulton, Meredith will attend
Southwestern University with aspi-
rations of becoming a doctor.
