Pennies for Playground Jean Day & Foodbank Day for 2014-2015: (Dates are subject to change)

On the following dates below, the students in grades K-8th (Preschool does not wear a uniform) may wear jeans along with a school appropriate casual top of their choice or a spirit wear, bucket filler or 8th grade shirt. They must bring a $1.00 donation to benefit the Pennies for Playground (for maintenance) along with an item for the Food Bank.

ROCKET RUNNING CLUB

Mondays, September 22 – October 26 3:30-4:30PM K-4th Grade

Pre-schoolers welcome with parent $20 per child

Children will each receive a small chain for their backpack. They will fill that chain with colorful "toe tokens" earned running and/or walking at their own pace.

Pioneer Exploration Day Friday, October 17, 2014 For students in 7th and 8th grade: Be a part of the fun and get a close-up look at academic and extracurricular programs at GR. The day includes workshops and games with GR staff and students, and ends with a pep rally. Breakfast, lunch and a free T-shirt are provided to all who attend. Open House Sunday, November 9, 2014 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Tour our campus; speak with teachers, coaches and students; visit our classrooms; and enjoy lots of fun activities that demonstrate what GR has to offer.
