This year in IIT-Roorkee we are organizing RoboFeast-2013 a National Level Robotics Championship in association wiFest-2013 IIT(Roorkee). We are organizing Zonal Rounds of RoboFeast-2013in total 60 Engineering Colleges all acro

India. So we are looking forward to make your esteemed college as Zonal Center for this event.

RoboFeast-2013 is the most prestigious student technology competition, bringing together student innovators from over the India. If Students have a great idea in robotics, bring it to life through RoboFeast-2013. With IIT(Rooke&Revert technology pvt.ltd resources and support, students can make a great automaton machines!

Initial Round (To be held at Zonal Centers): Competitions will be held at different Zonal centers in all over India though Workshop on Robotics.

All the participants who want to participate in RoboFeast-2013 are required to attend the workshops at any zonalcenters.

During the workshop Robotics Kit will be provided by Sponsors of this event to a Group of 4 Participants at

Free of cost.

The duration of the workshop will be of 2 Days (7-8hr each day).

Second Round (Zonal Round to be held at zonal center): Just after the workshop a Mega Competition (Prelims Rounds) of by RoboFeast-2013 will be held in college.

Winners will be awarded with Certificate of Merit & are required to participate in Final Rounds which will be held

march 2014 at IIT-Roorkee

Third Round (FINAL Round to be held at IIT-Roorkee): Winners of 60 zonal centers will be called to participate in the biggest final round of RoboFeast-2013 will

be on March 2014 at IIT-Roorkee.

Top 3 Teams will be awarded as winners of The RoboFeast-2013 championship & will be awarded & honored

by iFest-2013 IIT-Roorkee.

About The RoboFeast-2013RoboFeast-2013is a National Robotics Championship & Workshop series Jointed by iFest-2013 IIT-Roorkee & Revert Technology . A

the preliminary rounds will be held at 60 Zonal Centers across INDIA in present academic year & the grand finale will be in March 2014

at IIT-Roorkee under the banner of National RoboFeast Championship. This is a 3 Stage Event as detailed below:

Requirements

Seminar hall/classroom having the enough capacity to conduct hands-on-session for all participants.

Good Quality public address system ideally two cordless mikes will be required.

Projector/ Screen along with black/white board for teaching and presentation purposes.

One small stereo jack cord to in laptop for its sound system.

This Zonal center can only be arranged for a minimum of 60 students

Process guidelines We want your association to make this event a big success in your college. A proper publicity will be done about the event at the All India Level. Zonal center can be finalized by telephonic conversation with Coordinators of RoboFeast-2013, according to the College

feasibility and slots available in our calendar.

The entire event will be conducted at college campus. Each student participating in the RoboFeast-2013 will get a participation certificate with RoboFeast-2013 IIT-Roorkee.

Responsibility of an Organizer Hospitality (2 days) for a team of 3-4 members. Pick and Drop facility from the nearest railway station/bus stop/ airport.

Registration charges Registration Charges Rs. 1100 per student only.
