10 out of 10! What a remarkable experience it is to work with the Rob Jensen Company. We learned about Rob through his marketing pieces. We noticed the professional look and tone of his advertisements and were pleasantly surprised to receive a hand-written note from him personally asking us to keep his services in mind if we chose to sell.

We knew that once our daughter reached high school we wanted to relocate to Monterey, California. After a previous attempt to sell with another agent was unsuccessful, we were a little discouraged. We interviewed three potential Realtors to list again, of which Rob was one. We chose to work with him because out of all three Rob was the most professional and had the most comprehensive marketing plan. Rob sent out a whole team of people to help prepare and market our home. His stager came and gave us some great advice to make our home show-ready. A professional photographer took amazing high-definition photos. His staff took detailed measurements and descriptions of the home. He even sent out a professional writer to write our marketing and ad copy. His marketing coordinator then took everything and launched a thorough marketing campaign to unveil our listing. Our house was all over social media and the web. It was great.

Well, we know that homes can take time to sell, so we settled in for the wait. It turns out that we received an offer almost immediately. It was a low initial offer that we chose to counter. This was where Rob was at his best. He supported our decision to counter and through his awesome negotiating skills he got the offer up to a number we were very happy with. It only took six days to go from release to executed contract! We were blown away! Looking back at all of the effort he and his team put in prepping and marketing, it’s no wonder we were able to sell so quickly. We strongly recommend the Rob Jensen Company because they really know upscale real estate!
