Ranger RT

I've owned 2 class A motorhomes beforebuying a Roadtrek 190 last summer. Afterdriving it over 10,000 miles I am thrilled!!!Loved its comfort, ease in handling, parking, the ease of emptying the tanksand its fuel ecomony. Monitored for 6,000trip, going 60-75 mph, in mountainspulling a small trailer, running generatoroften, and still averaged 15.4 mpg. Wow!

Comfort, power AND economy - it wasgreat! This is my first Roadtrek, but definitely (if quality continues) not my last! Thanks Roadtrek for a great summer!

The Ranger RT is our lowest priced fully-equippedcamper van yet. Lower weight and a smaller engineallow use of a lighter chassis, all of which lead to better fuel efficiency. Weight is further reducedthrough carrying of a portable 110V generator onlywhen you are going to use it.

Energy sources are simplified to just electricity and gasoline. By excluding

propane, the van’s systems are greatly simplified for easier operation and less

maintenance, and burning of fossil fuels is reduced to help our environment

(and your wallet). When you’re not connected to an external power source,

run the 110/12V fridge, 110V stove and 110V microwave oven with the dual

large capacity auxiliary batteries through an improved electrical system with

a 1250W power inverter and four inverted receptacles. To extend their use,

start the engine or a portable generator to re-charge the batteries.

(A generator is needed to operate the air conditioner/heat pump or 110V

water heater when you’re not plugged in.) The power efficient compressor

driven Norcold fridge provides outstanding cooling without propane.

An Even Lower Priced, Lighter Weight, Environmentally Sensible, Mid-Size Model!

The floor has not been lowered so it is flat from front to back. The roof has been raised2” to maintain full standing height. Like other Roadtreks, the front seats can be swiveledto make use of the cab as a living area. This seating area gives you somewhere to sitwhen your companion goes to bed early or gets up late. You can even leave your bedmade up full-time if you want.

Large king-size bed or twin beds provide firm, comfortable support. The optional flatscreen TV allows you to watch TV in bed or swing it into the aisle to watch in comfortfrom the front captain's seats.

And it’s thermostatically controlled rather than merely lowering the

ambient temperature by a fixed amount. No more frozen produce when the

temperature drops at night!

A propane option including tank, stove and furnace is available for those

who require ample space heating or extensive stove use while dry camping.

A built-in generator is available for those who need one but prefer not to

carry a portable one.

Respect for the environment is further exhibited by use of water based

exterior paint and reduced use of wood resources.

Although the Ranger RT is optimized for two of you, inside four will enjoy

forward facing seating in the two front captain seats and rear sofa. Like in

other models, the rear sofa is a great place to relax for up to four. Two can

sleep by converting the sofa into a king-size or twin beds. The mid section

houses our roomy permanent bathroom. The forward galley has a portable

electric stove so it can be stowed when not in use to maximize counter

space. A table at the front offers an eating area separate from the rear. This

allows the two of you to get up or go to bed at different times, or to leave the

rear bed made up all the time. Now that’s convenient!
