Midas Mine - Style Gold-Silver

. Ivanhoe Creek located 5 km due north of the multi-million ounce Hollister Mine of Klondex Mines, one

of the world’s highest grade gold-silver mines. Northwest of the giant Carlin gold mines of Barrick and

Newmont. Are the same type of high-grade gold silver systems as the nearby plus 3 M oz Midas gold

mine and custom milling facility. Ivanhoe Creek has drilled Au-Ag-W mineralization at very shallow depths

below the surface. Rimrock Mine property has structurally- and geophysically-defined open pit gold-silver

target at the surface. Several major fault zones host Midas-style gold-silver mineralization, and Carlin-

style favorable at Ivanhoe Creek Target. Follow-up drilling of these mineralized zones could be done in a

short time, with good potential to delineate more high-grade Midas-style gold-silver mines. West Silver

Cloud has vein mineralization at surface, along master fault that appears to control high grade gold

mineralization on adjoining Silver Cloud Mine gold property, located just south of the Hollister Mine.

Located near Elko, Nevada, Poker Flats directly adjoins the Emigrant Mine of Newmont and also

adjoining the Railroad project of Gold Standard Ventures. Poker Flats has a Carlin-style gold

system as at Emigrant, with Carlin-style gold mineralization exposed at the surface, just north of the

property boundary. This project is ready for drilling, and additional geophysics possibly could help

delineate lateral extensions to the gold mineralization at both Emigrant and Railroad. Pony Spur

also has Carlin-0style gold mineralization exposed at the ground surface and needs drill testing.

Ivanhoe Creek and Rimrock are large, prospective Hollister Mine look-alike Au-Ag properties located adjoining and immediately north of Klondex Gold Mines’ Hollister Mine gold-silver property. Along one of Nevada’s largest gold belts, the Midas Gold Trend. A High-grade Au-Ag intercept with visible gold has been drilled at Ivanhoe Creek in a 200m wide zone, more than 900 m long. Ivanhoe Creek has 36 claims totaling 720 acres) adjoining the claimblocks of Klondex to the south. We feel that Ivanhoe Creek could also have good untested Carlin-style gold mineralization at shallower depths than at Hollister due the uplifted structural dome present.

– Hollister Mine Area has produced over 0.5 million ounces of gold to date from a large underground mine and the overlying open pit mine, and has large mine Reserves.

Mine Targets: High-grade potential for Midas-style gold-silver veins and open pittable disseminated orebodies at the Ivanhoe Creek and Rimrock Mine targets.

– Shallow drillholes in 2007 intersected high-grade silver-gold and tungsten at Ivanhoe Creek, including up to 262 g/t Ag, anomalous gold, and to 1500 ppm W in a wide, long structural zone that appears to head south into the Hollister Mine core area. This mineralization is in basement quartzites that are 300m below the surface at Hollister, and here is only a few 10s of meters from the surface. The vein system may be 1500m long

– Significant “Rimrock Mine Target” major, wide fault dilation zone with surface Mercury mineralization like at Hollister open pit mine. Rimrock has 34 claims (680 acres) in a zone 1200m long. Has both near surface open pit mine potential and underground Midas mine-style gold-silver potential like the Hollister Mine. One Newmont test drillhole, only 30 meters deep.

Ivanhoe Creek target area also has untested Carlin-style gold potential along structural zones exposed along 2 km strike length trending directly south into the core of the Hollister Mine that also could be favourable for multi-million ounce sediment-hosted Carlin-style Gold deposits at depth. No exploration holes have been drilled to depth to test these gold-silver targets.

RMIC Gold is seeking Partner/Optionee to conduct new drilling exploration work at Ivanhoe Creek and Rimrock, or to purchase the gold-silver properties. Projects are ready for permitting with the by the BLM and is Ready to Drill almost immediately.

Hollister Gold Project and Drill Intercepts

GREAT BASIN GOLD reported on June 11, 2008 that the Hollister gold-silver deposit had “a

measured and indicated resource of 930,000 tons grading 1.03 oz. gold per ton and 5.71 oz.

silver per ton. The inferred resource is 805,000 tons grading 1.08 oz. gold per ton and 3.04 oz.

silver per ton, both at a 0.25 oz. per ton cut-off.” Klondex Mines is doing new estimates.

KLONDEX MINES LTD. EXPLORATION UPDATE AT HOLLISTER

Klondex Mines Ltd. provided an update on October 11, 2016 on drilling by previous owner and certain historical exploration results at its Hollister Project in Nevada. The drill intercepts were not true widths, and the calculated gold equivalent ratio used by Klondex was 72.12 to 1.
