RMHS Soccer Coaching Staff

Dan McGrath is a 1992 graduate of Reading Memorial High School and was a three-year member of the varsity soccer team. He has a 101-99-41 (.506%) record in thirteen years as the head coach of his alma mater. In 2009 Dan was named both the Middlesex League and Eastern Massachusetts Division Two Coach of the Year. He currently holds a US Soccer “C” License, an NSCAA National Diploma and a Coerver Youth Diploma. Dan is entering his 19th year teaching Health and Fitness at Concord Carlisle Regional High School. JP Cormio is a 2001 graduate of Reading Memorial High School. JP was a three-year letter winner for the Rockets and Captain of the 2000 squad. This fall will be Coach Cormio’s 13th year as an assistant with the Rockets.

Assistant Varsity Coach – JP Cormio

Paul Orlando is a 1986 graduate of Reading Memorial High School. Paul was a three-year starter for the Rockets and captain of the 1985 team. He was a Middlesex League All Star during his junior and senior seasons and played in the Eastern Massachusetts All Star Game at the conclusion of his senior year. Paul currently holds a US Soccer “D” License and will be entering his 7th season on the Rockets coaching staff.

Junior Varsity Coach – Paul Orlando

Christian Huizenga was a three-year varsity starter and two year captain at Eastern Christian High School in New Jersey. After graduation, he played at the collegiate level at Eastern Nazarene College and captained the squad during his senior year. Later, he coached at Eastern Nazarene and most recently at the varsity level at Norwood High School. Coach Huizenga is entering his 8th year on the Rockets coaching staff.
