Russ Lyon|Sotheby’s International Realty’s THE TEAM Recognized on 2016 REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal “Top Thousand”

(SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.) – Receiving national recognition and awards is not a new occurrence for Russ Lyon|Sotheby’s International Realty agents. Arizona’s premier luxury real estate agency is proud to announce that THE TEAM was recognized by The Wall Street Journal and was placed on the 2016 REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal “Top Thousand,” a summary of the top 1,100 independent real estate agents and teams in the United States.

The REAL Trends Thousand comprises six categories: the top 250 agents by sides, top 250 agents by sales volume, top 50 agents by average sales price, top 250 teams by sides, top 250 teams by sales volume and top 50 teams by average sales price. THE TEAM was ranked 181st on the Top 250 Real Estate Teams by Volume. THE TEAM, comprised of Russ Lyon|Sotheby’s International Realty Listing Agents Robin Orscheln, Shawna Warner, Rebecca Clayton, and Lara Broadrick, works in some of those most exclusive communities in Arizona and has represented buyers and sellers from Paradise Valley and Arcadia to Silverleaf and Estancia.
