Logo Setup Form

STEP ONE: Select logo placement

You can add a logo in one of three locations to any shirt or jacket: left chest, right chest or upper back. The cost to add your logo will be provided once the logo stitch count is determined. As a rule of thumb, a logo typically adds $5 - $7 per logo to each garment.

Please note: all shirts and jackets will have an embroidered Red Kap logo on the right sleeve at no additional cost.

Setting Up Your Logo:

Acceptable artwork formats include: .TIF, .BMP, .JPG, .EPS or a previously digitized file (Tajima format preferred). Please be sure to include your company name in the subject of the email.

A typical left chest or right chest logo is 2 " x 3 ". To help determine the best size for your logo, photocopy the logo at varying sizes, cut out and place on the garment in your desired location.

An embroidered sample of your logo can be supplied before adding to your garments. If required, please allow 3-5 business days to receive.

Q: Can I purchase other Red Kap Products?A: At this time, only the products outlined on this form are

available to RK Elite members.

Q: When can I place my first order? A: The account setup process takes 5-7 business days. Once

complete, you can place your first online order. Please note, logo approvals will extend the set-up time line.

Q: How do I place an order? A: Online ordering instructions will be emailed to you once

account setup is finalized.

Q: Can I pay with my credit card?A: Yes, this is the only form of payment accepted.

Q: Does the Red Kap logo have to be added to all shirts and jackets?

A: Yes, this is part of the Program Agreement.

Q: Can I return products? A: Yes, but only pants and shorts. Because a logo is added to

all shirts and jackets, these products cannot be returned. For more information on our return policy, please visit the Customer Service section once you login to your RK Elite account.
