Rizzo decided to join her a couple of years ago after acareer in fitness center management and pharma -ceutical sales. We just want to get them to wherethey want to be,” Kate says. Rhonda agrees, and saystheir personal experience moving multiple times hasmade them very empathetic about each client’stransition. “We have experienced more than 30 movescovering 6 different states, so we can empathize withour clients and the emotions of the buying and sellingprocess,” Rhonda says. “We will guide them throughthe decisions that are best for them. It’s never aboutour bottom line.”

While Rhonda and Kate devote most of their timetowards real estate, they are also involved in otherprojects in their community. Rhonda is passionate aboutexercise and nutrition, and recently trained for andcompleted the Chicago Marathon alongside Kate. Herother interests include vintage movies, music and radioshows. Meanwhile, Kate is also excited about fitnessand is always staying active. She recently joined Habitatfor Humanity, where she will utilize her athleticism tobuild homes for those in need. This winter, Kate can beseen on Tiny House Hunting on FYI, where she helpeda client find a tiny home in Chicago.

Now that Rhonda and Kate have come together in thisindustry, there is no doubt they have an exciting futureahead of them, full of growth and opportunity. One oftheir goals is to open up a Keller Williams office in thecity, and expand their team.
