L’assenza di fughe e l’inassorbenza del rivestimento garantiscono facilità di pulizia e prevengono l’accumulo di carica batterica.

La formulazione dei prodotti garantisce una durata del rivestimento che preserva le sue

doti estetiche e il suo fascino anche in condizioni d’uso critiche con calpestio intenso,

usura, macchie e caduta di liquidi(*).

IdEALE PER LA RISTRuTTuRAzIonE

Lo spessore ridottissimo (< 2 mm), la versatilità geometrica e la resistenza all’umidità anche in risalita capillare (spinta negativa) lo rendono il sistema più pratico ed efficace nel caso di interventi di restauro e riqualificazione edilizia.

MATERIcA è un rivestimento non infiammabile (classe Bfl s1) che innalza la sicurezza antincendio dell’edificio.

IdEALE PER PAVIMEnTI RIScALdAnTI

MATERIcA assicura una bassa resistenza termica a garanzia di un efficace e omogenea

trasmissione del calore riducendo al contempo l’inerzia termica dell’impianto di

riscaldamento a pavimento.

Materica offers more than a guarantee of a unique design, it provides a continuous coating system based on natural hydraulic binders, mineral fillers and selected synthetic additives that ensure

excellent performance.

MATERICA coating is

HYGENIC and EASY TO CLEANThe fact that there are no joints and that the coating is non-absorbent prevents bacteria from

accumulating and makes it easy to clean.

RESISTANTThe product formula ensures a long-lasting coating that will maintain its aesthetic qualities and

appeal over time even where there is very heavy foot-traffic, wear, stains and spills (*).

IDEAL FOR RENOVATIONThe very thin layer (< 2 mm) required, combined with the product’s geometric versatility and

resistance to moisture even where there is rising damp (negative thrust) make it extremely practical and efficient for building restoration and renovation.

FIRE RESISTANT

MATERICA is a non-flammable coating (class Bfl s1) that raises the fire safety of the building.

IDEAL FOR UNDERFLOOR HEATINGMATERICA ensures low thermal resistance to guarantee an efficient and uniform flow of heat

while reducing the thermal inertia of the underfloor heating.

Preparazione dei supporti

cERAMIcA

Le superfici dovranno essere irruvidite tramite levigatura o pallinatura e adeguatamente pulite da residui oleosi, parti in fase di distacco o polveri per non compromettere l’adesione del rivestimento e provocarne il distacco.Le fughe possono essere stuccate direttamente con MATERIcA RASAnTE dI Fondo per ripristinare la planarità del supporto.

cALcESTRuzzo

Le superfici dovranno essere adeguatamente pulite da residui oleosi, parti in fase di distacco o polveri per non compromettere l’adesione del rivestimento e provocarne il distacco. Il supporto sarà poi irruvidito tramite carteggiatura o pallinatura per favorire l’adesione del rivestimento spatolato MATERIcA.In presenza di giunti eliminare il neoprene se presente e stuccare.

InTonAco

Per applicazioni a parete su intonaco esistente è necessario accertarsi che il supporto sia coeso, che non sfarini e abbia una resistenza minima a compressione di 7 MPa. nel caso di supporto polveroso ma di sufficiente resistenza meccanica si raccomanda l’applicazione di WEPoX PRIMER.

PLASTERWhen laying on walls with existing plaster it is absolutely necessary to make sure that the substrate is sound, that it will not flake and that it has a minimum compressive strength of 7 MPa. Where the

substrate is powdery but the mechanical strength is sufficient we recommend applying WEPOX PRIMER.
