Bathrooms are designed to be discreet spaces for relaxation, with elegant lines and a consciously sophisticated colour palette.

Materials have been carefully selected throughout. Feature stones have beenchosen as accents whilst dark oak marine ply, commonly found on luxury yachts, brings a warm finish to the recessed shelving.

Featuring a dramatic use of limestone, the lobby is an expansive space where residents are greeted at a reception that is staffed 24-hours a day. Further concierge and valet-parking services are available on request.

The residents’ fitness studio and a small café both overlook the Thames, making the most of the waterfront location. For those seeking a more contemplative space, there is a small yoga and pilates studio.

specification overview apartment finishes

internal walls, doors & joinery

All internal walls will be constructed from steel stud work, incorporating acoustic insulation with two layers of plasterboard either side, plaster skim coated and paint finished.

The apartment entrance doors will be high quality solid timber and fitted with appropriate security ironmongery.

All internal doors will be full height. Bespoke custom fitted joinery throughout, along with integrated lighting.

ceilinGs

Apartment ceilings within the principal rooms will be circa 2.75m high and in all secondary areas i.e. kitchens, hallways and bathrooms will be 2.6m high.

Ceilings will be constructed from a suspended plasterboard system, plaster skim coated and paint finished with acoustic lining in the service void above.

Ceilings will incorporate smoke and heat detectors, sprinklers and recessed light fittings.

floors

Apartment floors will be finished with high quality wide board engineered wood. Stone floors will be provided to bathrooms and the rotunda entrance hallways where applicable.

Kitchens

Kitchens will be a high quality European brand such as Boffi or equivalent. The kitchen appliances will be Miele and Gaggenau where applicable and will include:-

Warm, light coloured limestone, curved on every floor to follow the architectural lines on each level.

The intermediate strata are formed from glazed ceramic elements, complementing the line of the stone. The upper levels are set back in places, enhancing the penthouse terraces and providing architectural definition to the building’s roofscape.

Where applicable, balconies will be constructed with low toughened glass iron balustrading. They will be supplied with drainage and an external tap.

Juliette balconies will also be evident and feature-lighting will be provided to balconies and terraces, along with drainage.

windows

Sitting within the bands of glazed ceramic, will be large full height, clear glass, motorised sliding doors onto balconies with Juliette balconies on other apartments. All windows will be high performance triple glazed with thermally-broken aluminium profiles.

The entrance lobby will be the central point of both the East and West buildings, incorporating a reception desk for the concierge, stone floor finishes and seating for visitors with direct connection to the lift lobby, gym, café and back of house.
