NOTES: Above Fees do not include the mandatory Fundraiser (Discount Cards) or the Volunteer Fee.

The league in which your child will play will be determined by their age as shown above.

For players born After April 30, 2007 the new age determination date will be August 31. For players born on or before April 30, 2007 the age determination date will remain April 30 as in past years.

Fundraiser: All players are required to participate in the Discount Card fundraiser as follows: Three $10.00 discount cards for the first player in each family. Additional players in the same family: second player - 2 cards, and third, fourth, fifth, etc. player - 1 card for each player. Discount cards are paid for at the time of registration and will be mailed in February.

Volunteer Fee: RBF requires one $50.00 Volunteer Fee per family, for players in T-Ball through Pony League, which is paid for during registration. This Volunteer Fee will be reimbursed upon satisfying the family volunteer responsibilities, which will include working the snack shack twice or umpiring twice per family during the regular season (those working the snack shack can also work it during playoffs). Please allow two weeks after you have worked the second time for a refund check to be processed; it can be picked up at the Bradshaw Snack Shack.

Those electing to work the snack shack will have the opportunity to sign up at Bradshaw Park during selected practices in April or on Opening Day. A maximum of two parents will be scheduled to work at a time at Bradshaw Park and one at a time at Franklin Park. Those electing to umpire Little League or Mustang League games will be assigned two games to umpire the bases during the regular season. Please contact your child’s coach when game schedules are distributed to determine the games you are assigned to umpire. If you are not able to umpire the assigned games, you must make arrangements to have those games covered or switch with another parent.

In the event you have chosen to work the snack shack or umpire and fail to honor the commitment, your Volunteer Fee will not be reimbursed. No partial refunds will be given.

Family Discount: A family registering multiple children at the same time will be entitled to a discount. The oldest child pays the full registration fee; all following children receive a $25.00 discount off their registration fee.

Last Registration Date for T-Ball through Pony Leagues will be February 24, 2016. Any players registering after this date will be required to pay a late registration fee of $100.00 (ONE-HUNDRED DOLLARS) and are not eligible for the Family Discount. This late fee does not apply to T-Ball or Farm League players. Last registration date for Colt League is March 10th, 2016.

NEWS ITEMS Composite Bats Ban: Please see the Little League web site for a current list of approved bats.

Age Determination Date: Little League Baseball has once again revised the age determination date for players 10 years old and younger. RBF is working in cooperation with Blackhawk and other local organizations to implement the change starting at the 8 year old level to lessen the effects of the change. Please see the reverse side for the cut off dates that we will be using. This is a change from the dates revised by Little League last year and are better for the players in the opinion of this board.

Email Address: All correspondences are sent through our on line registration software. Please be sure to update any changes to E-Mail addresses and phone numbers to receive updates and notices.

Tournament Teams: Players chosen for the Tournament Teams will be requested to pay additional costs to help defer tournament expenses and pay for uniforms.

Parent Code of Conduct: The membership has a Parent Code of Conduct. This form is available on our web site and will be enforced from the regular season throughout the tournaments and Fall Baseball seasons.

Managers/Coaches: All managers, coaches, scorekeepers, etc. are required to have Pennsylvania Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances and fingerprint based criminal history (or waiver).
