Wolf Point Redevelopment ProjectChicago, ILThe goal behind this property is to offer residents a complete urban experience, with prime location along the front of the Chicago River, just blocks away from the Willis Tower and the center of the Loop, while also capturing a oneness with the natural environment. The main building is multileveled and features commercial retail space on the first floor to connect to the happenings of the street below, as well as a tall pent-house tower with wide condiminium opportunity, and commu-nity gatehring spaces which face each other on the north and south sides of the building. Residents are welcomed by the angled front side of the building and the cirlce drive coming in from Wells Street.

The building materials themselves seek to mimic the wood tones and lush colros of greenery found in the riverside location, as well as the opaque green colors of the water...The dock on the river provides year-round housing for yachts.
