Shows You the download progress that should be less than 1 minute
Connection to the Technician begins. The chat window will open.
Customer/Technician Chat. Technician’s request to access Customer’s PC
Customer gives permission to the Technician to access his/her PC
The Technician accesses client PC to fix the file issues/problem.
The Technician resolves remotely the problem, being supervised by the Customer.
Evaluation of the Session. Customer and Technician are both able to provide the feedback on the service
received/provided.
