Actor Inconveniences

All members All members Low There may be unforeseen circumstances, which could lead to actors cancelling. To prevent this we would either reschedule.

I will check weather forecast a few days beforehand. If there is sudden change in weather wait until it passes, if it doesn’t then reschedule.

Rain/Snow All locations N/A Low There would be a risk of electrocution form the rain and the camera equipment. To prevent this we would make sure that the weather is checked and is not raining for the day of the shoot. If it is but we can still shoot we will have covers for the equipment

Memory Card full/Malfunction

Low If this does happen there would be a back up memory card to use. If both were full there

would be a laptop on set to retrieve the files off of the cards.

Low Battery All locations User of the camera

Medium We would either have to reschedule or find a way to charge the camera near location. Due to time for recording we would have time to charge camera and return to location but will eat in to time to record.

Equipment Broken

Low If this happens an attempt to fix it would be initiated if it cannot be fixed then rescheduling would occur and new equipment will be needed, this can pause production.

No Retrieval of props/costumes

Low If this does occur we would have spare costumes on set if spares all used up or not located we would attempt to retrieve new ones or rescheduling would happen

Actor gives poor performance

All locations Actors Medium Reshoot until better performance is given.

Lighting All locations N/A Low If lighting changes due to time of day we would have to reschedule or attempt to make it brighter with on set lights.

circumstances happen we would have to reschedule for different location or for another time in which it is available.

Trip Hazards All locations Equipment users

Low If crew/actor trip over wires then we would check for injury, if there is no injury continue as normal if there is an injury there is an on set med kit. If injury cannot be treated with med kit take member to walk-in centre.
