April 16, 2018 Dear Business Representative: This year Ridge View High School will be conducting the 2018 Ridge View Golf Classic on June 12th, 2018 at The Spur at Northwoods Golf Club to benefit the Athletic Department and the 33 teams that it serves. We are truly looking forward to this Captain's Choice event that will bring together the Ridge View family and the community for a wonderful day of golf and fun!

All proceeds from this tournament will benefit the Athletic Department as well as individual teams at Ridge View and will aid us in purchasing valuable equipment for our athletes while further solidifying our reputation as a first-class athletics program.

Sponsorships starting at only $100 are available for this event, and we would like to invite you to join with us in raising the necessary funds to make this event a success. We are looking to raise over $10,000 through this event and your support as a sponsor would be greatly appreciated.

Please see the attached pages to learn about our available sponsorships and contact me if you are interested in partnering with us. This year you will be able to designate what sport your gift will be donated to.

We will do everything we can to promote your business, therefore if you have another advertising option in mind, please let me know.

I understand that you may not be interested in purchasing a monetary sponsorship for this event. If this is the case, I would love to talk with you about the possibility of your company donating an item or several items(gift cards, memorabilia, etc.) for our tournament winners or the silent auction we have planned for the evening of the tournament.

The event will be referred to as "The 2018 Ridge View High School Golf Classic Presented by (your company name here)" or “The 2018 (your company name here) Ridge View Golf Classic on all tournament materials.

TWO signs displayed during the tournament in the locations of your choice. Immediately after the tournament, one banner will be displayed on the fence at the Ridge View High School track. This is an area with HIGH TRAFFIC before and after school as well as for the majority of RVHS athletic events (track, cross country, lacrosse, soccer, baseball, softball, and JV Team football). The other banner will be displayed in the gym for basketball games during the 2018-2019 season. The final banner will be displayed on the Ridge View Cross Country tent at each race!
