Our goal is change to the way we (NWS) provides this service, our focus is on the public use (Is it raining, Is it moving towards me, do I have any watches/warnings) and not the Power User (our current pages).  I know that we will get a lot comments from internal, but that is ok as we can explain this easily.

We will focus on the Mosaic Images for the public. The goal is to not show that a radar is down as we have coverage in most areas.
