Welcome to our

It’s hard to believe we have already reached Summer and

the end of the year is fast approaching. Summer is a time

of warmth and sunshine, where we finally allow ourselves to

take time off and enjoy catching up with family and friends

over the holiday period.

Coolum Beach is a popular spot year round but Summer

definitely shows increased numbers. Our beaches fill up

with sun lovers, water sports, twilight markets and outdoor

movies, as locals and visitors get out and about making the

most of what the beautiful area has to offer.

Statistically, more families choose to sell up and make their

move at this time of the year with property listings increasing.

We have some exciting property for sale in this edition of

R&W Summer Collection and our agents will be available to

show you through them throughout the season.

It’s been a big year for us at Richardson and Wrench Coolum.

Not only has it been our second year in business here on the

beautiful coast but we’ve recently won awards at the Annual

Richardson and Wrench Awards night, covering Excellence

in both Marketing & Photography and Most Outstanding

Receptionist. These awards are testament to the level of

quality our team produces when marketing our Client’s

properties for sale.

The photo that graces our front cover is by Art forARTsake

from Sunshine Coast artists Yanni Van Zijl and Pam Walpole.

The jellyfish is made from recycled plastic to point out the

dangers plastic has to our marine and bird life. Their art

installations have been popping up along the beaches,

bushlands and streetscapes & their creative images have

won prestigious awards. Yanni & Pam offer contemporary

paintings and creative photography on canvas, which could

add that final touch to enhance any new home. Support
