Richard Frank Neff Richard Frank Neff, 84, of Summersville, WV, our uncle, friend, and cousin, was called from this world to the portals of Heaven on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at his residence. Born March 10, 1928 in Tipton, WV, he was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Myrl Stephenson Hypes; his dad, mentor and friend, Kermit Peter Hypes; father, Frank Neff; brother, Kermit Benton Hypes; sister, Anna “Neljean” Hypes Willman; special nephews, Richard “Ricky” Hypes and Kenneth James Willman. He was a Methodist, Army veteran of the Korean War, member of the Nicholas County Historical Society, was retired from Chrysler Corporation and a member of the United Autoworkers Union. Survivors include nieces and nephews, K. Lee Tucker (Junior), Mark Willman of Tobaccoville, NC, Kermit Willman and Richard Willman both of Germany, Nancy Ray of Summersville, Susan Bates of Summersville, Trina Scheel of NC; special friends, Bonnie J. Stephenson (Dave); and many more friends and special cousins. In keeping with his wishes the body was cremated and the family will hold a service at a later date. White Funeral Home at Summersville was in charge of the arrangements.

Richard Frank Neff, 84, of Summersville, WV, our

uncle, friend, and cousin, was called from this world

to the portals of Heaven on Tuesday, October 23,

2012 at his residence. Born March 10, 1928 in Tipton,

WV, he was preceded in death by his mother, Anna

Myrl Stephenson Hypes; his dad, mentor and friend,

Kermit Peter Hypes; father, Frank Neff; brother,

Kermit Benton Hypes; sister, Anna “Neljean” Hypes

Willman; special nephews, Richard “Ricky” Hypes

and Kenneth James Willman.

He was a Methodist, Army veteran of the Korean
