Profile

Riad is a Mechanical Engineer who has more than 10 years of professional experience in the Sustainability design and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing = MEP Design for Building Services on major construction projects in UAE & KSA & LEBANON. These included commercial towers, residential complexes, religious buildings, Palaces, petrol station & industrial warehouses. In the Mid of 2006, Riad joined (SSEM) Saudi Services of Electrical and Mechanical Contracting Co. Ltd. as Site MEP Engineer responsible for Supervision of mechanical installat ions works and Building Management System (BMS) of Rashed Mall Extension Khobar - Saudi Arabia. In the Mid of 2007, Riad joined (DEC) Design and Construction Engineering of Electrical and Mechanical Consultants as MEP Engineer Designer responsible for MEP Design of variety of projects including commercial towers, residential complexes, religious buildings & industrial warehouses.

In the Mid of 2009, Because of his great experience , professionality and loyalty in his work DEC assign to Riad the Chief MEP posit ion for all MEP Design from A to Z, his job is to distr ibute the MEP work to MEP Engineers and to supervise their work.

As well as his design and project management experience (Certif ied by PMI – USA), Riad is well involved in sustainable buildings design. He is cert if ied personnel (LEED AP) for US Green Building Council , (PQP) from Abu Dhabi Municipality to undergo green building projects in the emirate of Abu Dhabi under its unique program ESTIDAMA.
