Primary and Complementary Evaluators

• Who, in your building/district, could be a primary evaluator? (identify by title)– For how many teachers would s/he be responsible?

• Who could be a complementary evaluator? (identify by title)– For how many teachers could s/he be responsible?

• Where do you expect considerable capacity issues during the first 2-3 years? (grade level, content area, etc)
