What and When Is It?This is a CHARITY EVENT. We will raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network through:

PLEDGES! How do I collect them?

1. Go to people (friends, family, neighbors, etc.)2. Have them pledge per hour (i.e., $1 per hour gets you $24 for 24 hours)

ORHave them give you a flat donationBE SURE TO MENTION THAT THIS IS FOR CHARITY.

3. Come to the Lock-In, and write down your number of hours you spent awake at the event4. Go back afterwards and collect your money5. Bring it to myself or Travis Cook, and we’ll give it to the Children’s Hospital in Denver!

What You Need At The Door

1. Pledge Sheet2. Permission Slip

- Review with parents- Even if you are of legal age (18+), you STILL NEED a parent’s signature to attend.

DA RULEZ

1. You must follow ALL SCHOOL RULES.2. You must follow ALL LAWS.

- We will have chaperones and security3. You may bring in games, systems, controller, sleeping

bags, beanbags, game chairs, food, drink, etc.- HOWEVER, we are NOT responsible for lost,

stolen, or damaged property.4. No gamer will be allowed to leave, unless:

- You are going home, and you must be picked up by a parent if you need to leave between the hours of 9 PM and 6 AM.
