It is formed by quality abrasive, phenolic resin and other materials with high strengthened fiber nets. These wheels are in accordance with the requirements

of mixture, hot press, formation and heating. Resin bonded abrasive tool has the advantages of a) combined with high strength to provide the possibility of high speed cutting and grinding usage, b) easy to adjust the structure and performance to adapt to multi-application. This type we have T41 Flat cut off wheel and T42 Depressed cut

off wheel for hand angle grinder, 12” to 16” large wheel for stationary machine.

Depressed Center Grinding Wheel


RHEIN’S ABRASIVEFlap wheel-– 4” to 7”

Flap wheel is created by overlapping coated abrasive flaps and adhering them firmly to a back-up plate. This design provides a cooler running, longer lasting polishing disc.

They are specially recommended for high removal on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and alloys with the advantages of good elasticity, high efficiency, good heat

dissipation, low noise. We have flap wheel with Plastic packing and Fiberglass packing. The materials we can make are aluminum oxide cloth, calcined aluminum oxide cloth, silicon cloth,

zirconia cloth and ceramic cloth.
