We are committed to the Code of Best Practice on Tips. Remedy does not add a discretionary service charge to customers’ bills and any discretionary tip which you choose to pay is retained by our employees in full, shared between the staff on each shift through a system controlled by the shift supervisor. Card and cash tips are treated in the same way.

Tanqueray 40% £3.20 £4.50

Our house gin is Tanqueray, one of the world’s most awarded gins. Considered to be a benchmark London Dry. Allegedly Frank Sinatra’s favourite served with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and fresh lime.

Martin Miller’s 40% £3.50 £5.00

A London Style gin with a twist, apparently born of love, obsession and a degree of madness, Martin Miller’s gin is a must. We serve it with Fever-Tree Mediterranean (£2.20) and strawberries.

Plymouth Gin 41.2% £3.50 £5.00

Originating from the city of Plymouth since 1793, Plymouth Gin is distilled from a unique blend of botanicals, Dartmoor water and pure grain alcohol at Black Friars. We serve ours with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20), lemon and lime.

Bloom 40% £4.00 £6.00

Bloom Premium London Dry Gin is not quite like any other premium gin. It is a light, delicate and floral gin with a totally unique slightly sweet taste created by a bespoke blend of 3 botanicals: honeysuckle, chamomile and pomelo. Best served with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic (£2.20) and strawberries.

Hendrick’s Gin 41.1% £4.00 £6.00

Meet the delightfully curious Hendrick’s Gin. Life is simply too glorious not to experience its peculiar flavour, infused with rose and cucumber from this remote Scottish distillery. Ideally served with Schweppes 1783 Cucumber Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and a slice of cucumber, or ‘embrace the unusual’ and add black pepper and rosemary.

The Botanist 46% £4.50 £6.50

Distilled in a Lomond pot-still called ‘Ugly Betty’, 22 hand foraged Islay botanicals are augmented with classic gin aromatics to create a ‘highly distinctive, complex, floral gin with outstanding finish and impeccable provenance’. A true labour of love. Great with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and star anise.

Malfy 41% £4.50 £6.50

Malfy is an Italian gin made using a selection of six botanicals, as well as an infusion of Italian coastal lemons from the Amalfi coast. Served with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic (£2.20) and lemon.

Williams Chase Pink Grapefruit 40% £5.50 £9.00

Perfect for a G&T on a hot summer afternoon, this is bursting at the seams with exciting grapefruit notes, with a handful of peppery juniper at its core. Fruit forward, with sweet grapefruit (of course) and pomelo, alongside peppery juniper and a touch of liquorice. We serve it with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and lemon.

Little Bird 41.6% £5.00 £8.50

Little Bird is made using 10 carefully selected botanicals, resulting in a well-rounded, citrus-forward London Dry Gin that goes just splendidly in a classic G&T. We serve it with Fever-Tree Mediterranean (£2.20) and pink grapefruit.

Campfire Gin 42% £5.00 £8.50

What deliciousness do you like to treat yourself to while sat around a campfire? Marshmallows? Sausages? Beans?! Heavens, no! The obvious answer here is gin! Botanicals include grapefruit, orange, golden berry, coffee, cherry and roasted hazelnut. We serve it with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and orange and rosemary.

Ginger Ninja Gingery Gin 42% £4.50 £6.50

A ginger-forward gin from the folks at ‘The Lickerish Tooth’ distillery. With a name like this how can you not want to try it? Served with Ginger Ale (£2.20) and root ginger.

Batch 40% £4.50 £6.50

Distilled in Burnley using 12 botanicals, the most unusual being frankincense and myrrh. A bold, unique gin with flavours to match. Subtly spiced, zesty and juniper led. We serve with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree tonic (£2.20) with raspberries and lime.

Jawbox 43% £4.00 £6.00

The Belfast sink in many a kitchen became the focal point of conversations and so it got it’s own name ‘the jawbox’. A bold juniper led gin from Belfast. This gin starts with citrus and develops into pepper. For something different, try a ‘Gin and Ginger’ served with Ginger Ale (£2.20) and a wedge of lime.

Pickerings 42% £4.00 £6.00

Pickerings is a spectacularly smooth and flavoursome gin. Apparently ‘perfect for all social animals’. A multi-award winning and marvellously mixed, hand crafted gin from Edinburgh, Pickerings is so smooth it can be served ‘neat’, however it is recommended with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and pink grapefruit.

Aromatic

Bathtub Gin 33.3% £4.00 £6.00

Made in ultra small batches, this is an extraordinary gin, lightly tinted by the botanicals, with a flavour which is both bold and perfumed. As the only known cold-compounded gin currently available, it has been described as ‘entrancing’. We like it served with Fever-Tree Mediterranean (£2.20) and liquorice root.

MOM God Save the Gin! 39.5% £5.00 £8.50

A London Dry Gin from González Byass. The packaging is intended to convey both Britain’s tradition and its modernity with its striking black and magenta design. The gin itself seeks to do the same, using red fruit and exotic botanicals. We serve this with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and berries.

Sharish 40% £5.50 £9.00

A bright blue Portuguese gin from the Sharish range - the magnificent colour comes from extracts of a flower known as blue pea, and when you mix the gin with tonic, it turns pink! Loads of raspberry and strawberry notes up front. We serve it with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic (£2.20), strawberries and raspberries.

Pinkster 37.5% £4.50 £6.50

It’s quirky, it’s different, it’s pink. Locally grown raspberries are hand-steeped in spirit to create a deliciously dry gin, with a hint of fruit and an exceptionally smooth finish. Recommended with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and mint & raspberry.

Daffy’s Gin 43.4% £5.50 £9.00

Daffy is the Goddess of Gin. First written about in the 1700s Daffy is the essence of great gin, a lover of life who has transcended the decades. Daffy as painted by Robert McGinnis is the visualisation and personification of the taste, charm, sophistication, complexity and depth of this gin with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20), fresh mint and lime.

Liverpool Gin 42% £5.50 £9.00

Premium organic product made using only pure certified organic botanicals, producing a highly distinctive, aromatic drink. The perfect serve is with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20), orange and mint or star anise and orange.

Gin Mare 42.7% £5.00 £8.50

Gin Mare opens the door to a new variety of gins with a novel pan-Mediterranean concept that unites the different cultures around the sea representing their botanical stars such as: Arbequina olives, thyme, basil and rosemary. Lemon or lime is likely to kill the flavour so we serve Gin Mare over ice with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and basil.

Infused/Unusual

Hoxton 40% £4.50 £6.50

Tropical, coconut rum-like, perfumed with sweet citrus and soft juniper. We serve it with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale (£2.20) and grapefruit.

Overproof

Edinburgh Gin Cannonball 57.2% £5.00 £8.00

A Navy Strength gin with quite a punchy character thanks to the ABV and the vibrant botanical selection. They have used double strength juniper, lemon peel and a pinch of Szechuan pepper, among other botanicals, to create a hearty tipple that’s sure to make an impression you know (much like a cannonball would). Served with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and lemon.

Edinburgh Gin Liqueurs 20% £3.50 £5.00

(Raspberry, Elderflower, Rhubarb & Ginger and Pomegranate & Rose)

Edinburgh Gin, but lighter, brighter and sweeter. Served with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and paired garnish or in Prosecco £7.50.

Boë Violet Gin 41.5% £4.50 £6.50

A vibrant variation on the Boë Gin recipe, which has been infused with violets! A dynamically colourful gin for all you Parma Violet lovers. Served with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and blueberries.

Blackberry Gin 40% £4.50 £6.50

Our very own Blackberry Gin. Accompanied with Sicilian lemon tonic makes quite the G&T! Served with Franklin’s Lemon Tonic (£2.00) and blackberries.

Cherry Gin 42.6% £5.00 £8.50

Made using the traditional sloe gin method, both sweet and sour marasca cherries are used to make a sweet nectar. A total marvel which starts with cherry ice cream and sugared almonds and finishes with orange and juniper. We serve it neat or with Coca Cola (£2.00) and lime.

Manchester Raspberry Gin 40% £5.00 £8.50

A variation on the Manchester Gin recipe, now featuring an infusion of scrummy raspberries! Recommended with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and mint and raspberry.

Warner Edwards Victorian Rhubarb Gin 40% £5.50 £9.00

The rhubarb juice is extracted using a traditional fruit press and blended with Warner Edwards Harrington Dry Gin to produce an alluring pink gin that is voluptuous on the palate with a sweet and tangy royal rhubarb explosion. Served with orange and Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic or Ginger Ale (£2.20).

This beautiful partnership delivers an intensely fruity and not overly sweet liqueur bursting with notes of cherry and almond; a punchy autumnal masterpiece that can be enjoyed all year round. Splendid on its own or mixed with Franklin’s Lemon Tonic (£1.80).

Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla 41.7% £4.50 £6.50

Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla is a unique distilled gin made with Sevilla orange essences and other fine botanicals. Inspired by Charles Tanqueray’s original recipes and the ripening oranges growing on the trees in sun-drenched Seville, the result is a perfect balance of the uniquely bittersweet taste of Seville oranges balanced with the complexity of Tanqueray London Dry Gin. Best served with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Mediterranean Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and a wedge of orange.

Whitley Neill Quince 43% £4.00 £6.00

With a distinctive flavour of Turkish quince followed by juniper and citrus zest, this gin from the Whitley Neill collection gives way to the sweetness of apricots and peaches, with a long, fruity finish that opens out into orange blossoms and zesty grapefruits. Served with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic (£2.00) or Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and a wedge of lemon.

Defiance Strawberry Gin 40% £5.50 £9.00

Defiance British Strawberry Gin uses signature botanicals together with British strawberries to create a delicious ‘fun in the sun’ gin with just an added touch of sugar to lift the strawberry flavour. A fantastic ‘real gin’, foraged, distilled and bottled in the UK. 14 Botanicals create a sublime smooth and more-ish gin. A wonderful depth of flavour with an earthy backbone giving way to fresh citrus and wonderful notes of anise. Lovely with a Fever-Tree Tonic (£2.20) and fresh sliced strawberries or try with prosecco for £8.50.

Fentimans Rose Lemonade £2.75

Made with the juice of real lemons and pure Rose Otto oil from the world-famous Rose Valley in Kazanlak, Bulgaria. Aromatic. Unique. Outstanding when mixed with gin, vodka and bourbon.

Soda Folk Cream Soda £3.00
