Ÿ 10% discount on Confectionary items and a 50% discount after 8 pm. This benefit is only applicable on takeaway.

Ÿ 15% discount on the Best Available Rate for room bookings between May and September and 10% discount to members between October and April.

Ÿ 10% discount on business centre, laundry services, beauty salon / barber shop while staying at the hotel.

Ÿ Member’s Day Tuesday - Avail a 50% discount on the total food bill and a 20% discount on the total beverage bill up to a table of ten (10) guests at K19 and Smoke Shack.

Ÿ Member’s Night Friday - Buy one drink and get the second drink (same as the first one) with our compliments. This benefit is valid on select brands or special bottle rates.

Ÿ Happy Hour - Buy one drink and get the second drink (same as the first one) between 4 pm and 9 pm everyday at Nirvana Bar. This benefit is valid on selected drinks only.

Ÿ One (1) certificate entitling the Bearer to a complimentary buffet dinner for a two (2) guests.

Accommodation Certificates

Ÿ One (1) certificate entitling the Bearer to a complimentary night stay in the standard room inclusive of buffet breakfast for two (2) guests at K19. This benefit is valid any time during the membership period (Black-out dates applicable). This benefit is valid for one room on double occupancy on weekends only (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to room allocation availability. Taxes on room as applicable.

Ÿ One (1) certificate entitling the Bearer to a 50% discount on the Best Available Rate on any category of room. This benefit is valid for one room on double occupancy on weekends only (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to room allocation availability.

Ÿ Two (2) certificates entitling the Bearer to a complimentary second night when the first night is paid for on the Published Tariff (not on best available rate). Other Certificates

Ÿ Five (5) certificates entitling the Bearer to complimentary use of the Health Club / Swimmimg Pool / Gymnasium for a couple on weekdays between Monday and Friday from 12 pm to 4 pm for up to a maximum of two hours only.

Refer a Banquet

Ÿ One (1) certificate entitling the Member to a complimentary buffet meal for two (2) guests at K19 upon giving a successful referral worth Rs. 50,000 and above to the hotel. The certificate can be gifted to friends and family.

Ÿ One (1) certificate entitling the Member to a complimentary buffet meal for three (3) guests at K19 upon giving a successful referral worth Rs. 75,000 and above to the hotel. The certificate can be gifted to friends and family.

Ÿ One (1) certificate entitling the Member to a complimentary buffet meal for four (4) guests at K19 upon giving a successful referral worth Rs. 1,00,000 and above to the hotel. The certificate can be gifted to friends and family.

TLC® and its Group Companies will have access to your personal information which is governed by the said Privacy Policy.

Ÿ Avail a complimentary renewal of your membership on a cumulative spend worth ` 30,000

Membership Terms*

Ÿ Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance of the membership. The membership fee is Rs. 6,500 + 18% Goods and Services Tax amounting to Rs. 7,670 only.

Ÿ Membership Card is non-transferable and the hotel has the right to request the member for a valid Government approved photo ID at the time of using the card.

Ÿ The membership card and the certificates have no cash value and cannot be traded. Lost or misplaced card / certificates cannot be replaced.

Ÿ Discounts can only be availed upon presentation of your valid signed Rezerved membership card. The value of the specific discount does not include taxes.

Ÿ To avail of the membership discount, the requirement is that two main courses must be ordered. Only one card can be used per visit, per party, per table. Membership benefits will not apply during promotions, special events and festivals.

Ÿ All certificates are for one time use only and need to be surrendered to avail of the benefit.

Ÿ Management reserves the right to change the terms of membership from time to time without any Notice.
