CLASS DESCRIPTIONSPlease bring a towel and water bottle to all classes. Please keep bags in lockers provided.

ACTIVE CLASSES: these classes are designed to take your fitness to the next level through a variety of different methods. 

GROUP ACTIVE

Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility.

GROUP STEP

Discover new heights with Group Step. This cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. Step this way!

GROUP KICK This fusion of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence.

BOXING Combines impact and cardiovascular training. Feel the adrenaline as you push your body to the limits. Cotten inners required.

CROSS-TRAINA strength and conditioning program that uses a combination of equipment and body weight to increase fitness. All levels are welcome to this high intensity workout.

FAT BURNER

is a low-impact aerobic class combining simple, repetitive movements that are as easy to follow to get the heart rate into the “fat burning zone”. It will also help increase cardiovascular fitness.

Zumba® Fitness classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international dance music. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. Get fit and see your energy levels soar!

STRENGTH CLASSES: whether you’re a regular weight trainer or a newby, these classes will help you to increase your strength in a safe way and tone up!

GROUP POWER

This barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with great music and awesome instructors.

BODY SCULPT

The entire body will be sculpted and toned using a combination of resistance excercises including bar, hand held weights and the body’s own weight to shape and define every muscle group.

ABS, BUNS & THIGHS

This class starts with a fat-burning warm up before progressing to conditioning exercises for the Abs, Buns, Thighs and Hips. (Do this class for shape and tone)

HOT ABS Crunch, curl and twist your way to awesome abs! (Do this class for a six pack)

SPECIALTY CLASSES: low-impact specialty classes designed for beginners and those with rehabilitative and health conditions. Also try Mind & Body classes. 

PULSES is a class designed for people with heart conditions. It uses gentle and light paced activity that can increase your fitness & mobility.

FIT BALL uses the instability created by the ball to train your body to remain balanced, engaging many more muscles. The core muscles are the focus of the class with added resistance for arms and legs.

MIND & BODY CLASSES: these classes will decrease stress, increase your flexibility, increase joint mobility, improve posture and help you centre yourself in this busy world. 

GROUP CENTERGY

Grow longer and stronger as your explore this journey of Yoga and Pilates movements. Reduce stress with positive, uplifting music and supportive instructors.

PILATESis an exercise system focused on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness, without necessarily building bulk. Pilates focuses on core muscle strength and spinal alignment using resistance exercise performed on the floor.

YOGA Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga will improve overall felxibility, muscle tone and general vitality. Attention is given to timing, sequencing and alignment of poses. It is one of the most widely practiced styles of yoga.

YOGA Vinyasa Flow

A Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice that builds strength of mind and body. The synchronization of breath to flowing movements increases stamina, strength & flexibility whilst minimising injury and stress.

CYCLE CLASSES: these classes performed on stationary bikes will increase cardiovascular fitness, burn calories and improve leg strength whilst being low-impact on your joints.

GROUP RIDE

Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories & strengthening your lower body. Ride On!

CYCLE is the freestyle alternative class that contains five core movements: Seated Flat, Standing Flat, Jumps, Seated Climb and Standing Climb with some more advanced moves.

Mat Pilates is an exercise system focused on improving !exibility, strength, and bodyawareness, without necessarily building bulk. Performed on the !oor (mat work), the sessionsare supervised by specialised instructors. Pilates is resistance exercise, not aerobic (cardio).However, it’s closer to weight lifting than it is to jogging, biking, or other aerobic activities. Twoof the key elements of Pilates are core muscle strength and spinal alignment. Intro classes willgive you more options to ease your way into the program.

Group Kick brings it on! This electric fusion of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling! Group Kick will knock you out!

Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in packs, roll over hills, chase the pack, climbmountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. Thisprogram is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors andan inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!

Why not? In 45 minutes you will crunch, curl and twist you way to awesome abs, buns and thighs.

Boxing not only provides a great fitness routine for the participants but also offers them a controlled and safe environment to learn the basics of boxing regardless of their gender or boxing ability. Boxing is a great way to assist people in many areas of health and fitness such as weight loss, muscle tone, muscular strength and endurance, stress relief, increase in cardio vascular fitness and motivation.

Cycle is the freestyle alternative class that contain the five core movements of a cycling program: Seated Flat, Standing Flat, Jumps, Seated Climb and Standing Climb and may contain some of the more advanced movements as well: Running With Resistance, Jumps on a Hill, Seated Flat Sprint, Seated Hill Sprint and Standing Hill Sprint.
