Mack, (the protagonist), and his family are people that believe in God,

when he decided to go on an excursion with his family, he never

thought that the excursion would end in a tragedy, because the

youngest daughter of Mack, Missy, disappeared. Mack was

convinced that his daughter was murdered, he began to deny the

existence of God and always lived with the memory of the tragedy.

3 years later, Mack received a letter signed by God, the letter said that

he had to go to the same place where his daughter Missy disappeared,

the shack.

Even though Mack felt suspicious he went to the shack, and in the

shack were a man and two women, that were the personifications of

God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

When the excursion ends, he began to wonder many things about

God, he began to believe again, and started living differently, now

with God by his side.

This is a book in which you get hooked since you start reading it,

because of the approach that it gives to God.

The first chapters are very descriptive, but it never gets to be tedious.

All the questions that we ask about God, about why there´s hunger

and wars, are explained in a way that makes you think you're

talking to God.

So many people in this day and age do not believe in God, but I think

we shouldn’t lose faith, that it´s something bigger than us, that loves

us and protects us.

This book helps us have a relationship with God.

I totally recommend it.

Luis Ortega, player of the American football in Cetys Universidad,

Page 12: REVISTA FINALLY

we trust in the time we have fighting for this and in the level that we are. My

family, friends and girlfriend were part of my inspiration, because they were

there supporting me and screaming my name, giving me the perfect words for

not stop running and fighting for the cup.

What moments were the best on the final game?

- The best moment were when we do the perfect play to intimidate the other

team,. There was a partner that caught the ball in the game, Jorge Breton, and

the rest of the team, the defensive line, stop the enemies and at this way, no

one can caught Jorge, he run to the touchdown place and score. That moment

were when I feel that this will define the final score and I feel happy for

participate in this.

In conclusion, this guy really like the American football games, he is very

dedicated with this sport. He enjoy every effort that he do for his team and how

they work, when a person has talent for something, he most have this. And is

very amazing to feel that emotion when something talk about his experience and

contamine you about that.

Writer Rubén Dario was born in Nicaragua in the year of 1867-

1916. It offers to us an exuberant story of a fictitious subject-matter

that sprouts from its so distinguished imagination; "the ruby". The

above mentioned story was published for the first time on June 9,

1888 at the Electoral Freedom of Santiago de Chile.

It treats about such a mysterious life of a few small creatures called

gnomes; these themselves are those who go giving us the beginning,

knot and ending of the history of this philosopher's stone.

The plot is giving beginning with a series of

answers and thousands of characteristics that

exist inside the concavities of the cave of the

squadron of the gnomes and, this one himself is

approaching the knot with the entry of a

personage smiling and characterized by its pink

cheeks. This personage who achieves an action

that it likes to any gnomes cast, so that based on

this there was developing more the stereotype

that was returning.

And this way the history goes coming undone slow

from side to side, of gnomes to human beings and of human beings

to gnomes successively. And thus it us goes leads to an end that is

captured and dispels in the proper pupil of the reader.

This story one is recommended to read that of such a dear mister

Rubén Dario, since in addition to being a gratifying spectacle for the

imagination also it has a very dynamic vocabulary and the product

departs from the effort of the writer since I tear in two parts the

compound writing. In the first section he wanted to give to us to

visualize the vanity that the man transports before the power of "the

mother nature" and in the second idea it showed us such a

passionate devotion that is had towards the woman. By: Oscar Lopez

Page 14: REVISTA FINALLY

get what you

want in a relationship Relationships have those good and bad times, but that doesn’t mean that they are not destiny to be together, you have to be mature for do good decisions and have more good moments. All the time you have to think for two, not only for your happiness, if the other one don’t feel comfortable with something, you have to talk about it with the other. So you can take tips for be a good boyfriend and girlfriend, and have a healthy relationship without dramas.

Your partner is not a mind reader; so don’t

expect them to just know what you want from

them. If you want more affection or better

communication, just tell them straight up

without making them guess. The most of the

times, the girls say “he don’t understand me”,

but please! If you don’t talk of what you expect

in the relationship, how will he know it? Nobody

is a witch for now everything you want, like

when someone asks you: “Hey, are you ok?” and

you say: “yes I am ok”, and you are lying! Do the

things more easy, just explaining what is wrong

and what you want to change. Be charming and

never scream to the other, that is the key.

Ask straight up.

Don’t just say that you want them to be more

romantic, but give examples of what that

means to you. They’ll have a better idea of

what specifically you want and they’ll know

right away what they need to do. The guys

need examples, if you want a big teddy of color

brown, say it! Because if you ask for a teddy,

trust me, they will give you the first they look

for. When we don’t give a clue of what we need,

they will never know, so have the confidence to

explain what you need for.

Give examples

How to

By: Anammelek Avendaño

14

Page 15: REVISTA FINALLY

Demostrate

If you want them to do something like

communicate with you more throughout the day,

then lead by example and do the same yourself.

At this way, if you do something and the other

don’t do that, you can ask for it and no have

arguments against you, so you will win.

When they do start

making changes and

giving you what you’ve

asked for, make sure to

show your appreciation.

Let them know that you

appreciate that they are

making an effort.

Show gratitude.

If you tell them how it makes you feel to not be

getting what you want, it will show them the

reasons why they need to make the effort. They

may not be talking about their feelings more or

whatever it may be, because they don’t know how

important it is. If they know that you feel sad or

hurt, they’ll be more likely to make changes,

because they don’t want you to feel that way.

Tell them how it makes you feel.

Treat this like a trade. If they

do something that you want,

you should reciprocate by

doing something that they

want. If they start talking

about their feelings more,

you could show more

affection, or do something

that’s important to them.

Some people like to have like

presents for what you do, like

be more loving, or have special

details, so if you look that is doing a

good work, go some day and give him(her)

chocolates, his favorite candy, some

hugs,etc.. But wait, don’t give presents

like if he or she was your puppy, like “oh,

you have been so respectful with me ,

take here some candys”, no! Be creative

and surprise.

Give them something.

Confirm that they are doing

the right

things by giving them

positive reinforcement. Tell

them how much it means to

you that they are making a

effort to make you happy.

They won’t keep up any

changes if you don’t show

positive reinforcement that

they’re getting it right.

Reinforce

Only if you are feeling really dissatisfied in your relationship and

have tried communicating your needs in the ways listed above, should

you use an ultimatum. Tell them that if they can’t or won’t give you

what you need in the relationship then you’ll be forced to leave. This

is a powerful move, and you have to be prepared to actually follow

through with it if you want them to take you seriously, so make sure

that you use it only as a last resort, not as a starting point.

Use an ultimátum as a last resort

In conclusion, you have to found that balance where both are happy and comfort, the communication and the confidence are

the most important things in a relationship. The problems need to be treated and found a solution for it, be mature for take

decisions and have a healthy loving relation with the other 15

Page 18: REVISTA FINALLY

Though much is suspected, relatively little is known about the health effects of peppery foods. In

general, hot, spicy foods are stimulants. They stimulate the circulation and raise body

temperature. If you are living in a hot climate, the increase in body temperature can make you

feel cooler by diminishing the difference between you and the surrounding air and by inducing

sweating, which cools the body when the perspiration evaporates.

Peppers, especially the hot capsicum peppers, produce a

burning sensation on the skin and mucous membranes,

including the inside of the mouth. For the uninitiated, a relatively

mild hot pepper can seem intolerably strong and truly hot

peppers may even cause blistering of the lips and palate.

For non-oral tissues, however, the burning produced by

capsaicin, the irritating chemical in chili peppers, can be

very painful. When preparing peppers it is wise to wear

rubber gloves or hold the peppers in a paper towel or

plastic wrap. Fingers that have handled hot peppers

should be washed thoroughly and kept out of the eyes

and other sensitive tissues, including those of the pelvic

region. If you should get capsaicin on sensitive tissues, flush

quickly with lots of water to reduce the irritation.

Given what they can do to your mouth, you'd expect hot

peppers to have damaging effects on the rest of your

digestive tract, if not elsewhere in the body. To be sure, patients

with various gastrointestinal diseases, such as hiatal hernias, ulcers and

bowel disorders, are commonly advised to avoid hot, spicy foods. Certainly,

consumers of hot peppers commonly report that they help to clear the

sinuses.

Peppery hot foods have been a part of the human diet for more than 8,000 years. Long before

the ancient Greeks and Romans gave monetary value to peppercorns (they were used to pay

fines, rent and taxes and to buy and free slaves), the South American Indians were eating fiery

hot wild chilies. Chilies were eaten in Mexico, Brazil and Peru 6,000 years before the birth of Christ

and were one of the first domesticated plants in the New World.

Herbalists have recommended peppercorns for the relief of arthritis, fever, migraine, motion

sickness, poor digestion, venereal disease and vertigo. Capsicum peppers have been touted as

cures for arthritis, atherosclerosis, the common cold, muscle cramps, infections, lung congestion

and ulcers.

PEPPER

Herbalists have recommended

peppercorns for the relief of

arthritis, fever, migraine,

motion sickness, poor digestion,

venereal disease and vertigo.

18

Page 19: REVISTA FINALLY

Interestingly, other ''experts'' have said capsicum peppers should be avoided by patients with

arthritis. Few of these claims, however, have ever been subjected to scientific scrutiny.

Peppercorns contain piperine, a chemical that in very high doses causes tumors in mice.

However, there is no evidence to indicate an increased cancer risk in people who regularly use

pepper.

Biali calls chilies a “no-lose food” because they boost

metabolism, help burn fat and keep us feeling full

longer. Susie Langley, a registered dietitian based in

Toronto, loves to spice up meals with small amounts

of hot chilies. She developed the following

three recipes for Best Health readers, to

help bring some healthy heat to your

meals.

Hot spices have a preservative action

that delays food spoilage, but claims

that they can act as antibiotics in

the digestive tract and help to

prevent infectious diarrhea

and related ills have not been

scientifically substantiated.

Nutritionally, capsicum peppers,

both sweet and hot, do have

something important to offer: large amounts

of vitamin C. In fact, ounce for ounce,

peppers have two and a half times more vitamin

C than oranges. They are also good sources of

vitamin A (which may account for the claim that

they help prevent night blindness) and potassium

and contain some iron and protein. At the same time, they are very

low in fat and calories: 22 calories in three and a half ounces.

As a further nutritional benefit, peppery seasonings are a taste bud- stimulating alternative to

salt, the abuse of which can increase the risk of developing high blood pressure.

Spicy Food is enjoyed all over the world, and a great many dishes have evolved with flavors as

diverse as the cultures which have spawned them. Many health benefits are now being

associated with spicy foods, such as they may lower the risk of certain types of cancer, increase

metabolic rate- which can help burn off fat, improve digestion, and reduce high blood pressure.

Subliminal

Message

This paper mentions the importance that

can have the words in different aspects of

human life, for this case will be specified

on subliminal messages both positive and

negative that are in the music and how they

can affect different ways people.

Music has been since ancient times, not

only an art but a form of expression of the

artists, this has helped us a lot in all kinds

of ways, I can even say that thanks to the

music we know how to think and to see

what existed at the time of renacimiento,

being more specific, the music of the late

Baroque medial age, these expressions

have evolved since they were a

development of the poems which were

considered by me as the true and pure

sentimental expression that man could and

can create, the variation of poetic styles are

enough, and although I would love to

digress to talk about each one of them, just

mention that you are of sufficient

importance in that there is where you start

to use a type transcendental hiding

metaphorical writing and beautiful

messages.

Artistic expressions like music is a kind of indirect communication

with society group selected by the artist, (note that it is not always

specific, often is only general), these communications are classified

in a third grade level as Professor Ignacio Escamilla Monsalvo which

says that for him, the third level of communication is one in which

directly affects the personality and is a manifestation of privacy,

however not always achieved the appreciation that was expected of

metaphors by of audience and it is this misunderstanding which leads

to negative consequences.

By: Marco Gamez 20

Page 21: REVISTA FINALLY

"... Metaphors through which you communicate what you want. Its

limitation is that symbols tend always to be interpreted different cultures

and even moods can forward the message you want to communicate

through them. "

Monsalvo-Escamilla, Ignacio. Anthology on communication: a

humanistic approach. Mexico: National Polytechnic Institute, 2010. p 13.

You need to change the musical culture of the people, because this is

getting used to a self-destructive style, we've been listening to people like

Frank Sinatra with lyrics that any woman fall in love in seconds, to a Prince

song as José José is what you showed was the love and sorrow of losing a

single song, and so the list goes on and is long, this is what we are losing

or have already lost, is that expression is to express the beauty of life, is to

show how beautiful it is to be in love with life, but the "best" songs today

are those which are mentioned the following factors: alcohol, drugs and

“I hate my life.”

These points hurt people in their decision making (especially the latter)

and I do not mean to miss an artistic culture, that's not important, as

research has shown that music has a high influence on decision- decisions

suicidal youth

"After researching the effects of music on humans was observed that

encouraged changes in breathing, blood pressure and digestion. This

means that music arouses deep emotions, which lead men to create or

destroy, as a means of resolving unconscious conflicts. "or Steinberg,

1991, page 61

I would like to state that the music called "electronic", "Screamo" (where

music is used as a form of singing shout in this genre primarily addresses

issues of sadness and hate people and life), "rap", "rock n roll "and any

other type of music where the main subject is any of the points mentioned

above, should be removed from any media to achieve a more healthy and

culturally.

It is important to creating a musical culture, learn more what they hear

and not hear music damaging as that mentioned in the work, it is highly

recommended to consider classical music as an option or listen to the two

authors mentioned in the text to time to change the music genre, the

music just speaks of vices is just trash and dirty hearing the name of what

was and is the beautiful poetry.

The earthquake of September 19 of 1985, known as Mexico Earthquake of '85 has been the most significant and deadly of the story of our country, affecting central, southern and western of Mexico City.

The phenomenon arose at 7:19 am with a magnitude of 8.1, last approximately over two minutes surpassing in intensity and damage the earthquake of 1957 which had previously been the most remarkable in Mexico City. It has been never known the exact number of the victims because of the censorship of the government of the Miguel de la Madrid. The international support was initially reject by the president, is even known that a plane carrying humanitarian aid was overflying International Airport in Mexico City but was not given permission to land by order of the first lady, the international aid plane and managed to enter the city to support the Mexican rescue workers, given the magnitude of the disaster they could not rest. The government reported deaths between 6,000 and 7,000 people. But years later the information from various government sources, the record was calculated at 10,000 deaths. Where more than 4,000 people rescued alive from the rubbles. The number of structures totally destroyed was about 30,000 and those with partially damaged 68,000. The people of Mexico were relatively accustomed to earthquakes, but the country had not implemented major emergency measures to address them. The rules for the construction of buildings have become more stringent and seeing a seismic factor of up to 8.5 degrees on the Richter scale. It was also established an information campaign and prevention, seismic and constant alarm drills.

Page 27: REVISTA FINALLY

In what is the most important measure in 1991 was installed seismic alert system (SAS). This consists of 12 seismic stations located on the Pacific coast, which detects a quake of magnitude greater than five degrees on the Richter scale, sent an alert to Mexico City to sound the alarm. The SAS can transmit an alert that gives up to 60 seconds of warning before the earthquake manifestations.

In addition, after the earthquake of 1985 created the Tlatelolco Azteca Rescue Brigade, better known as "los topos". They specialize in getting into the collapsed buildings and digging for survivors. This organization has taken civil fame since and has participated in at least 50 rescues worldwide, including made after the attack on the Twin Towers in 2001. Because this situation started emergency measures in all the country to save more lives.

HOME ALONE

The sky was pitch black, the house was creaking,

and I still had four hours until my parents got home.

Locked in my parents’ room, I turned on the TV full

blast so I wouldn’t hear the creaking house.

I barely heard the phone ring. I picked it up and

said, “Hello … hello …?” but there was no response.

I knew someone was on the other end. Finally, I

hung up. A minute later, the phone rang again; still

no one was there. I became more frightened as time

passed; the same person called five more times.

At this point I didn’t bother picking up, but the

ringing continued. To get my mind off this prank

caller, I called my friend. She told me not to worry

and to turn the phone off. As we talked, I heard

someone pull into the driveway. When I peeked out

the window, I saw an unfamiliar car.

Thirty minutes passed and the car was still in my

driveway. It drove up and down the drive as if

aware I was watching. My friend told me to call the

cops, but I refused.

Soon the phone calls started again. I heard noises in

the background, but I couldn’t tell what they were. I

really didn’t want that person to get out of the car

and start toward the house. If they did, I didn’t

know what I’d do. None of the doors were locked,

and I would have no way of protecting myself. The

only thing I could do was hide, which wasn’t a very

good plan.

At this point I was considering calling the cops, but my

Hypothesis

Research

Women have economic and psychological problems as a result

of the consumption of beauty items.

Descriptive

Women rely on advertising and brand beauty goods to consume.

Causal

Women consume beauty products to feel attractive.

Statistics

Women between 16 and 20 years are the most

consuming.

Plausible

The marketing seeks to influence the

consumer to consume their brand.

Alternative

If the woman is valued more not consume

many items of beauty.

Justification

The argument supporting the choice of research topic on consumerism, in the

aspect of beauty items, it was because it has lost the meaning of "being", since

what defines who we are a popular brand in the market.

Consumism in girls

In these times we tend to obsess about what is in the market since very young age, by advertising and fashion, brands and beauty items that use the models to wear a term of perfection, are part of such a continue to fall into this vicious circle. Human needs are the basis of all modern marketing.

With the new introduction of the iPhone 5 to market we all

thought it could not exist anything newer, however not be

long before the iphone comes out next June which there is

a lot of talk has been given only the following information

about the new features that this will have

While there will certainly be some hardware upgrades to

Apple’s next phone, it’s worth pointing out that Apple isn’t

usually at the top of the pile when it comes to lining up new

components. For example, the iPhone 5 famously left out

NFC compatibility – something many hope to see in the

iPhone 6 In terms of the chassis, a polycarbonate body is one of the more frequent

mutterings heard flapping through the internet rumour breeze.

Elsewhere, a new top of the range iPhone model would presumably need some

sort of decent camera upgrade – as this is an area that’s been particularly busy

in smartphones since the iPhone 5 was

launched. The HTC One and Nokia

920 in particular boast interesting new

camera features, other than simply

megapixel escalation.

One of the intriguing features to

appear on several rumour feeds is the

introduction of a “smart bezel” which

would display information around the

screen. It emerged from an actual patent

that Apple filed and, according

to Macworld, the smart bezel could be

a place for flashing buttons and symbols

that compliment the on- screen action.

The patent states: "The primary display

could be used to convey visual content

to a user, and the secondary

display could be used to guide a user providing inputs to the device. For example,

the secondary display could be selectively illuminated to provide one or more

indicators that represent where or how a user can provide inputs to the device."

Another feature gaining ground in the tech press is the inclusion of a fingerprint

scanner. This follows a report that Taiwanese chip maker Chipbond are making

components for future iPhones and has also been flagged up as a potential

feature for the iPhone 5S.
