Click on REGISTER FOR AN ASSESSMENT You will be taken to the Assessment selection page

There will be three company specific exam sections to choose from. Click on the “Plus Sign” for a drop down menu and select the assessment.
eQualified Industry Managed exams Honeywell SCA exams Sikorsky NDT exams
Please choose an eQualified assessment unless you are required by your customer to perform a company specific exam (i.e. Honeywell or Sikorsky).

There are two options for payment on the Webassessor exam site Credit Card Company issued purchase order – (a coupon code will be provided with this option)
Click on Proceed if paying by Credit Card Enter Coupon Code and click on Apply if paying with Company PO (further instructions are on page 13)

Enter the credit card information Click on Submit
Visa, MC, American Express and Discover are accepted An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address listed on the profile

For companies paying with a purchase order, please send the purchase order via e-mail to: [email protected]
The purchase order MUST include the following information: Person(s) taking the assessment Name of the assessment(s) being purchased Total amount of the purchase order PO number Accounts Payable contact information for invoicing purposes to include: Contact Name Email Address Phone Number

Once the Purchase Order request is received, a coupon code will be created/activated in the assessment center and e-mailed to the test taker to be used as payment when purchasing an assessment(s).
An invoice for payment processing will be generated and submitted to the Accounts Payable contact.

To utilize the coupon code as payment, enter the code in the Coupon/Voucher Code box on the check out page and select Apply

Once the assessment has been purchased, return to the Home Page and scroll to the bottom of the page
Purchased assessments will be listed To begin your assessment, click the Launch button

Please review the Test Taker Instructions Select Launch to proceed

Please read and accept the agreement to proceed with the assessment

The time limit for each assessment is defined within the Test Taker instructions and varies by the company specific or industry-managed assessment being taken
The assessment can be stopped and re-started at anytime - the total assessment time is cumulative (regardless of how many times you stop and re-start the assessment) - to stop the assessment simply close your internet browser
Answers are saved as you progress through the assessment Only click the Submit Exam button when you are finished with the assessment

When the Submit Exam button is selected, the following message is shown Only click on the Submit Exam button if you have completed the assessment. No
changes can be made once the Submit Exam button has been selected the second time.

Once the assessment has been submitted, a pass or fail message will be shown and includes your score
The minimum passing score is 80% for each assessment

If 80% is not achieved the first time, a waiting period of 30 days is required before re-purchase and re-taking of the assessment
If 80% is not achieved the second time, a waiting period of 90 days is required before re-purchase and re-taking of the assessment
If 80% is not achieved the third time, a waiting period of 12 months (365 days) is required before re-purchase and re-taking of the assessment

The eQualified Certificate of Qualification is provided after successfully passing an eQualified assessment
The Certificate of Qualification will be sent as an e-mail attachment if you scored 80% or higher
The Certificate can be printed at your convenience
