Stay Hydrated

The next time you feel your concentration levels dropping or your reacting slow to things its usually

because you aren't drinking enough water! Stay hydrated, water is the best brain food you could

possible consume!

Just because your friends can sit in front of a book all day and take in every piece of information, doesn’t mean you can!

So find what works for you and tackle it that way, for example: • Spider Diagrams• Using Images

• Speaking Into a Dictaphone • Revising In A Group

Ask For Help!!!

This is the BEST revision tool of all, too many of us sit there and suffer instead of asking for help, so be brave! If you need help just ask, trust us your friends, parents and teachers will be more than willing to help you.

Take Breaks

Don’t be so hard on yourself, revising is stressful, so make sure you’re giving yourself enough breaks.

This will give your brain time to catch up with itself and process everything you’ve just revised, even if

it’s just 10 minutes every hour or so it will really help!

Make A Timetable

Make a thorough revision schedule on a large piece of paper (A3 at least) and place it up where

everyone can see it. You will always know when your exams are allowing you to revise a

accordingly and and priorities different exams at different times. Its also a great way to gentle

remind your friends and family you have exams so you will need your own space!
