THIS STATEMENT OF WORK(this SOW) is entered into by and between theundersigned Buyer and Service Provider pursuant to the Project Services Agreement (the

Agreement) governing the following Project:

Project Name: Xing, Alibaba and Escrow-Europa Clone

(The information in this SOW shall be considered Confidential Information under the termsof the Agreement.)

Brief Project Requirement:

Exact Clone of Xing, Alibaba Clone and Escrow-Europa Clone which will be implemented inFaceworld Project. All this clone will be in one website, www.faceworld.net and all of themshould have Multilingual Chat Feature.

Project Specs for Xing.com Clone:

The scope of the project is to develop the site similar to xing.com. This site is a worldwide businessplatform for professionals, connecting Know-how with know-who. Users can view job offers,contacts and people. This site allows users to see how people are connected. Users can viewPeople Finder functionality on this home page. Users can find contacts, companiesand coworkers. Users can view number of people as the search result. This site also has amultilingual feature (extra languages will be based on the current system and requirement). Userscan view multiple languages option. Users can select any one of the language (by their desire) toview the site. Users can find new contacts by entering below details First name,Last name, Industry and City (Business). Users can view job offers that match user profile. Userscan view site news. Users can make quick invite from this page. Users can view search agentspage. Users can search agents. Users can expand their network. Users can view their My account

page. This page will display the current status of the membership.

This site will provide two types of membership for users Basic (Free) and Premium Membership.Users can upgrade their membership from this page (Basic to Premium).Users can make advanced search and power search to find the people. Users can search agents.Users can send and receive messages. Users can view and maintain theiraddress book. Users can view map feature. Users can invite members and contacts. Users cancreate groups and maintain groups. Users can view public events, create events and search theevents details. Users can view market place details. It has also all the admin controls and featuresto allow control over the site. The site will have a unique Multi-lingual FULLY integrated chatwith internal translation of language. Detail about the Home Page Design and Logo as per the client Logo provided by the client need to implementthat on the site. It is a globe (spherical or spread) rotating and randomly displaying different country flags.

It can also be a fixed and spread globe with a selection of supported languages (represented by country flags)rotating around it. Design like http://www.cdnsol.com/?act=homeForm which shows a spread globe. It alsoshows different choices rotating. (The kind of rotation we would like to have for supported languages). Thelanguage selection animation to be in the header of thepage, not in the body as represented in this site.

The different features (services) offered by the site are represented each by style sheets.Flash work can be implemented which will be discussed as we progress with the project.

This would be a typical forum area where users can ask and request free assistance from others,mainly workers. Once workers or other users will have answered the questions, the user whoposted it will have to give feedback to them.

b. Users will post their requests using a form. This request will then be published in this section sothat workers can search and submit answers. Workers can be subscribed and notified when acertain type of request is posted. Workers will then send back a proposal with price that will beeither accepted either amended and sent back either declined by the user. Any user willing tosubmit a request will have to have a payment method activated.

19. Feedback Mechanism (FW-XN3-DF19)a. All users will have the following feedback parameters:

i. Experience: this parameter will quantify the number of issues sorted and requestscompleted that the user will have.

ii. Reliability: this parameter will show whether the user has been reliable while paying forrequests accepted.

b. Additionally, the following parameter will only be available for workers:i. Quality: this parameter quantifies how good have been the services provided by this

specific worker.ii. Request forms: when a user will request a service from a worker and will be accepted,

both of users involved in this deal will be giving feedback to the other on the interactionthey had.

20. Suggestion Area (FW-XN3-DF20)a. This is an area where users can give suggestions on different topics and vote them to reach a

certain conclusion. This page should be similar to a forum but with a different purpose than onlyQ&A and feedback.

life loads. The load profiles will be obtained from the client team. Running load profiles withvarious user behavior levels will help to decide the performance bottle neck points and will preventany errors on go-live.
