Comment #1: Contractor shall coordinate work to be performed with each campus and its schedule.

Comment #2: On site walk is scheduled for Friday March 6th at 1:30 PM. Meet at the front office of North Oaks Middle School, then travel to Watauga Middle school and Watauga Elementary School. B. Section 02100 School Operations Parameters Statement, Part 1.01, Paragraph C, delete in its entirety. Replace with new Paragraph C as follows.

Weekend and Holiday Access. All work in this bid package may be performed at any time during a normal work week. Any requirement by the Contractor to enter areas of the school on weekends or holidays shall be approved in advance by BISD and shall be coordinated through the school principal’s office since it will require BISD school staff to be present to unlock doors, provide access to mechanical and equipment rooms, etc. The Contractor will incur and will need to budget for overtime costs ($35/hr) for BISD Staff presence at the school site on weekends and holidays. This cost shall be included in the proposal price. The contractor submit a written request for weekend or holiday access to the Owner at least two (2) working days prior to the needed access date. Contractor shall submit copies of a detailed log that will track all hours worked during this period and will submit the log to the Owner on a weekly basis for review and approval. BISD will recover from the Contractor any and all overtime costs based on the actual wage rates involving District personnel. BISD shall seek reimbursement from the Contractor via a deductive change order to the contract at a point during the project to be determined by the Owner.

furnish labor, material, tools, transportation, insurance, permits, and all incidentals necessary for the

completion of the subject project, in accordance with the specifications and plans included in this

of the Contract covering all parts of the Work.
