To all to whom these Presents shall come, GREETING:

A PROCLAMATION

W. B. Cotter, Deputy Attorney General.

WHEREAS section 7 of The Queen's Bench Act provides, in part, as follows:

"7(1) The court shall consist of a chief justice, who shall be styled the Chief Justice of the Queen's Bench, and 29 other judges; and, subject to this Act and to any rules of court for the time being in force, the court may be held before the chief justice or before any one or more of the judges of the court.

(2) The Lieutenant Governor may at any time by proclamationincrease or decrease the number of judges of the court and in the case of a decrease may provide for the decrease taking effect upon the occurrence of a vacancy in the court."

WHEREAS by operation of Your Honour's Proclamation issued pursuant to Your Honour's Order 1292/84, Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan now consists of a chief justice and twenty-nine other judges.

WHEREAS it is desirable to supersede Your Honour's Proclamations issued pursuant to subsection 7(2) of The Queen's Be1ich Act and increase the number of judges of the court so that the Court of Queen's Bench shall consist of a chief justice and thirty-one other judges.

NOW KNOW YE, that by and with the advice of our Executive Council of Our Province, We do by these Presents proclaim that Your Honour's Proclamations issued pursuant to subsection 7(2) of The Queen's Bench Act prior to the date of the within proclamation are superseded by proclaiming that the number of judges of the Court of Queen's Bench is increased so that the court now consists of a chief justice and thirty-one other judges.

OF ALL OF WHICH PRESENTS Our Loving Subjects of Our said Province and all others whom they may concern are hereby required to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF we have caused the Great Seal of Our Province of Saskatchewan to be hereunto affixed.

MRO 647/94 PB 54. Pursuant to section 17 of The Oil and Gas Conservation Act, the following area is designated and identified as an oil and gas pool named the "Wordsworth East Frobisher Beds Pool", effective September 1, 1994:

Lands west of the Second Meridian:

in Township 7, in Range 3: the east half of Section 9, Sections 10 and 11, the south-east quarter of Section 16.


WORDSWORTH EAST FROBISHER BEDS POOL

MRO 648/94 PO 30. Pursuant to section 17 of The Oil and Gas Conservation.Act, the following provisions shall apply to the drilling of, and the production of oil and gas from, vertical oil wells in the Wordsworth East Frobisher Beds Pool, effective September 1, 1994:

1 The drainage unit shall be comprised of two legal subdivisions in a Section grouped as follows:

legal subdivisions 1 and 2; 3 and 4; 5 and 6; 7 and 8; 9 and 10; 11 and 12; 13 and 14; 15 and 16.

2 Within a drainage unit, the sides of the target area shall be 100 m from and parallel to the corresponding sides of the oddnumbered legal subdivision.

3 Ifa well is not completed within the target area, the minister may reduce the area used as a factor in determining the maximum allowable rate of production.

4 (a) For the first well drilled in each Section, the operator shall submit samples of the interval from the top of the Second White Specks to total depth.

(b) For all subsequent wells drilled in each Section, the operatorshall submit samples of the interval from the top of the Paleozoic strata to total depth if such wells are intended to be drilled below the top of the Bakken Formation.

5 As a minimum requirement, the operator shall run a resistivity log and either a sonic log or an approved radioactivity log from total depth to surface casing shoe for each well drilled.


_/WORDSWORTH FROBISHER - ALIDA BEDS POOL MRO 649/94 PB 55. Pursuant to section 17 of The Oil and Gas

Conservation Act, MRO 275/94 PB 19, dated April 11, 1994, is rescinded, and the following area is designated and identified as an oil and gas pool named the "Wordsworth Frobisher-Alida Beds Pool", effective September 1, 1994:

WEYBURN MIDALE BEDS POOL -HORIZONTAL WELL PROJECT

MRO 652/94. Pursuant to section 17.1 of The Oil and GasConservation Act, approval is granted to ELAN Energy Inc. to drill and complete one horizontal well in the Midale Beds underlying the south-east quarterofSection 18-6-14 W2M. in accordance with plans filed with Saskatchewan Energy and Mines as Document No. H.W. 407 and subject to the following:
