GET STARTEDSo how much time before you receive your Reverie® sleep system? Just 3-4 weeks!

Production:Your sleep system is custom built for you in our Western New York Facility. This process typically takes 5 business days from the time you place your order.

Shipping:Once built, your sleep system is shipped to the White Glove delivery service center nearest your home. This shipping process takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

Scheduling: Once they receive your sleep system, the White Glove delivery service will call to schedule a time convenient to you for delivery and setup.

Delivery:Upon delivery, your sleep system will be carefully brought into your home, unpacked, and set up in your bedroom. The White Glove delivery team will ensure that it is working properly and will remove all packaging materials.

Many people say they have never slept as well as they did sleeping on a Reverie® bed for the first time. But for others,

Your body is trained to sleep on your old mattress. Liken this change to replacing a tired pair of running shoes – the new ones will feel ultra supportive and ‘different’. The same with your new sleep system – it might feel a little ‘different’. Not to worry – over a 30-day period your body will grow to appreciate and then love the new support. If it should need a little help to get there – and you have the Dream™ or Dream Supreme™ mattress – then simply rearrange the DreamCell™ foam springs until you reach nirvana (see how to change DreamCell™ support on page 9).

With your new sleep system, you’ll love introducing your body to DreamCell™ support and exploring the new positions with the seemingly endless adjustable foundation positions.

Reverie® Dream™ and Dream Supreme™ sleep systems are customizable on demand. If the current fi rmness level you ordered is not ideal, then rearrange the DreamCell™ foam springs to quickly make your mattress softer or fi rmer – either the full mattress, either side or targeted areas. If you have a Dream Lite™ system, your foam springs are permanently placed and cannot be moved.

Are additional DreamCell™ foam springs necessary to reconfigure my mattress’s firmness level?Not at all! You can reconfigure each side of a Dream™ and Dream Supreme™ mattress into Soft, Medium, or Firm or anywhere in between with the DreamCell™ foam springs that originally came inside your mattress. For the Dream Lite™, your DreamCell™ foam springs are permanently placed and cannot be moved.

May I purchase additional DreamCell™ foam springs?You certainly may – but it’s rare that anyone needs to do so!

If my adjustable foundation should need service, is there a service technician in my area?Yes! Reverie® has approximately 1,200 service technicians available in the continental U.S. If you experience a problem please contact us at 888.888.5990. If we can’t solve your problem over the phone, we will send a technician to your home.

How often should I check my remote control battery?If you have a Dream™ or Dream Supreme™ sleep system, your remote control battery should be checked every year. If you have a Dream Lite™, your remote is wired and doesn’t require a battery.

I ordered sleep accessories – when will they arrive?Pillow and headboard orders will arrive with your sleep system. All other sleep accessories will be delivered before your sleep system arrives.

How do I disassemble my adjustable foundation if we move to another home?Please email us at customercare@reverie.com and we’ll send you a PDF that outlines how to move your bed.

Should I use a surge protector with my foundation? What happens if there’s a power outage?Yes, we recommend that you use a surge protector. Your foundation has an emergency lowering feature for use in the event of a power outage. Refer to the manual for more details.

How do I clean my mattress cover?The Dream™ and Dream Supreme™ mattress covers zip off for easy cleaning. Please dry clean to avoid shrinking. The Dream Lite™ mattress can be spot cleaned.
