REV!™ Program Guidelines

The DOs• Sauces and dressing with 2g of sugar per serving or less• Butter and oil• Herbs and spices• Sugar-free sweeteners (i.e. Splenda)• Sugar-free drinks• Non-dairy powdered creamer• Walk 20 minutes per day or at least 2,000 steps

The DON’Ts• Sugar, candy (even sugar-free), dessert, pies, ice cream• Alcoholic beverages of any kind• Starches; flour, grains, rice, bread, pasta, cereal, granola, popcorn• Starchy vegetables; potatoes, sweet potatoes, artichokes, corn, peas, beans• Milk; nonfat milk, cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream• Nut butters or nuts not approved in the list below• Fruits or fruit juices of any kind (with the exception of one apple)• Olives• Start out with killer workouts, marathons, or bootcamps

Beverages:You can have drinks without sugar. Water with sugar-free flavor enhancers. Diet soda, unsweetened tea, and coffee are fine.

Protein Drinks:Not recommended while on the Personal Trainer Food Programs. You will get enough sustainable protein from the food.

Guidelines If You Choose To Supplement Your Program:For optimal results we recommend only eating the foods included in the REV program, but you may add foods according to these guidelines.• Eat one apple a day if you feel it is necessary• You may add unlimited amounts of meat, eggs, and leafy greens, ¼ avocado per day, pickles in moderation• Nuts such as almonds, pistachios, macadamia, walnuts, sunflower seeds- up to 3 ounces per day• Cheeses, up to 6 ounces per day, stick to hard cheese like cheddar or colby.
