Center, Camelback Ski Area, Camelback Beach & Water Park which is 4 blocks away & within walking distance from

the Resort. The Crossings Premium Outlets approx 3miles away and only 8miles from Mount Airy Casino.

Hotel Features: Chateau Resort & Conference Center has spa services available, an indoor pool, a spa whirlpool. Wireless Internet access is

complimentary in public areas. Business amenities at this 3-star property include a business center, meeting rooms, full

service banquet facilities and audiovisual equipment. The hotel offers a mountain view bar and grille restaurant. Additional

amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool, a fitness facility, and a sauna, a game room, and onsite parking is complimentary.

Guestrooms:

The 152 air-conditioned guestrooms at Chateau Resort & Conference Center include safes and coffee/tea makers.

Complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access is provided. Televisions are equipped with cable channels. Bathrooms offer

shower/tub combinations, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries. Additional amenities include irons/ironing boards and clock

radios. Chateau Resort has guest rooms with balconies and a view of Camelback Mountain. We also have Loft

Bedroom Suites which features an upstairs bedroom with a living room area below. In addition, amenities available

on request include refrigerators, a turndown service, and wake-up calls. Housekeeping is offered daily.

Reunion Costs - Dates JULY 10th – 12th 2015

Hotel Room fees will be $160 per night which equals $348 for two nights this includes taxes & fees. (Paid directly to hotel upon check out and can be paid via cash or credit / Debit card). No Deposit is required to reserve your room however a credit /debit card # is required to make the reservation.

The "Reunion Fee" which covers the cost of Food & Beverage, Entertainment, T-shirts & activities, for the weekend is $125 per Adult (ages 16 & up) / Kids age10 and under are free / Kids ages 11 to 15 will be $60 each.

**You must call and book your room individually by the cutoff date of June 1st, 2015** (book early we are holding only 30 rooms)

A Charter Bus will leave from137th St & 5th Ave. Please contact Regina if you are interested in taking the bus to reserve a seat.

Reunion fees – Payments can be made in installments. Send your payments to Regina Love via Check, or Money Order, also you have the option of depositing the funds directly into a Bank of America or TD Bank account that has been set up for the Reunion (for this option an account number will be provided). All Reunion fees must be PAID IN FULL by July 1st 2015.

10:30am – The Charter Bus will Depart Harlem NYC / 5th Ave & 137th Street to arrive at Poconos around 12noon

12:15pm – 1:30pm Lunch Buffet @ Big Daddy’s BBQ - Bartonsville PA (for those driving you can meet us at the Restaurant) address: 97 Route 611 Bartonsville, PA 18321

1:45pm – 3:45pm The Crossings Premium Outlets, Tannersville (over 100 Outlet Stores) VIP Group Coupon Booklets will be given out. 8:00pm – 11:30pm Family Fun & Game Night: Raffles, Spades & Card Tournaments, Pokeno, Scrabble, Trivia, Kareoke, & Kids activities.
