living by addressing their educational, vocational, spiritual and emotional needs in residential and non-residential settings.

the lives of our Fair Havens families. Ourchildren are excelling in the classroom beyondexpectations because of these special studysessions. Through personal involvement anddedication, these volunteers make the children

feel capable of academic success. Investing in these children is aninvestment in their future and the future of our community.

Congratulations to one of our extraordinary graduates who received her DentalHygienist degree from Howard College in May! As a single mother of two

school aged children, she faithfully participated in all our program elements anddiligently pursued the education she had dreamed about for years. Now, she is selfsufficient and saving for a down payment for her own house. Her grateful attitudeand joyful spirit makes her life a fabulous testimony of God’s love and grace!

Our student moms and children at FairHavens were blessed as school began

this fall with much needed school suppliesand new clothing. We are so grateful for ourfaithful community partners Rotary Club of

Midland, Main Street Church of Christ, Robert Half International andFirst Baptist Church “Dress ‘Em & Bless ‘Em”. Their generosity brought smiles and excitement aseveryone began their classes fully equipped and ‘lookin’ good’!!

In-Kind donation needs are always changing as we grow and new families arrive. For current information on specificitems needed, please call 689-3411. In-Kind donations are accepted on Wednesdays 9am-4pm.
