Inside a dome overseeing the pacific ocean we learned from experts in storytelling and creatvity how to communicate our ideas with strength, buoyancy and generosWe experienced the power of an emotional and resonant story and understood how to be of service to other ideas by 'plussing' them. We learned to invest in an
intellectual dynamic effort to have resourceful emotions that anchor our emotional state and allow us to communicate clearly and confidently.

Trough open space technology & participatory leadership, we hosted intimate group conversations to spark new meaningful relationships. We collaboratively moideas through playful prototyping exercises that resulted in the beginning of new collaborations between participants. We learned from the elders, the land, the expe
and shared each of our journeys of self-discovery and how are we actively creating a culture of positive change in the world with our work and our relationships.

Returnis an opportunity to rediscover ancient wisdom, to be reminded of simple truths that we have long known bhave forgotten; that we are apart of a web - we are not isolated entities, that we need one another, that collaborationreally is a key to our success and that we are powerful. We can accomplish great things if were willing to accept thatpower. Demi Allen
"TeReturn to me is an event that encompasses the opportunity to go deep - return to your heart, return to the landreturn to your purpose - and when you connect deeply with yourself in a group setting, the opportunity then becomes
opening for a deep interaction and a deep communication and the mirroring of the best of humanity. Robin Harle
Return is being open to the emergence that comes out of the stillness. Maricarmen Sierra
"TeReturnis about using the linage and the groundwork that Esalen has laid down over the past years to leverage into a new movement incubator that takes forward a new kind of transformative entrepreneurship." Mikyo Clark

ReturnI want to remember
Every detail of every momentWe spent together
Each wordIn every conversation
I want to smell the smokeFrom the fire we built
Last night
And I want to discoverTe name of the Planet
We watched set into the Sea
I want to see you crack a smileAnd dry a tear
TenI want to forget all of it
EverythingJust so we get to
Rediscover it all once again
Is it ok if I forget all about you
So the next first time we meet as strangersIll have the feeling Ive known you all my life
Is it ok if I loose your phone numberAnd forget how to pronounce your name
So I can re experience the joy ofCalling you into
My life
I have questionsDo you see my hand is raised
Call on meBecause I want to balance
Tis equation
