NOTE

Please take note that the retention schedule is currently under revision, and we are adding new rules as soon as they are approved. This is the reason why there is no logical order in the rule numbering so far. The update should be completed by the end of 2012. Should you not find the rule you are looking for or should you need help to apply the retention schedule, please contact the Records Management Team: Rachel Marion, Records Officer Nathalie Parant, Records Officer Éric Côté, Records Management Assistant 514 848-2424 #3487 514 848-2424 #2411 514 848-2424 #5921 [email protected] [email protected] [email protected]
