· Course required all students spend time in the pre-hospital setting as well as the Emergency Department at multiple facilities assisting medical professionals when needed.

· Spent 6 years in a management position. 1 year has been in the Security and Emergency Response related fields, 5 years has been in the customer service field.
COMMUNICATION
· Worked alongside many professionals to take on projects and emergency events as well as being a direct link of communication between different departments inside of a company.
LEADERSHIP
· Currently in a supervisor position that allows me to interact directly with co-workers and train new hires and others being promoted up inside the company.

· Monitor and maintain a secure facility, monitor facility camera system, operate facility radio system, monitor fire/security alarm system, operate Emergency Evacuation Alarm system, receive emergency calls/reports, work with local jurisdictions for mutual aid requests, dispatch emergency crews, dispatch security personnel to non-emergent calls, daily reports and miscellaneous administrative support, scheduling, processing employees and visitors for access to secured facility, payroll, general facility operator (telephone), answer community concerns from facility personnel and general public.

· Contract company for Charter Communications who provided outstanding customer service to install and repair telecommunications services in the residential sector throughout the St. Louis Metro Area.

· Volunteer firefighter and EMT for the South Roxana Fire Protection District in South Roxana, Illinois. Fire Department provides Emergency Medical Services, Fire Services, Philanthropy, Community Education, and hosts a variety of community based events.
