Experience2015 – Present CSI Integration Engineer Company: Ericsson, Sweden
-I work in TAD-N (Cooper connectivity Network) Project which is part of One View program. Whose purpose is to decommission the TAD complex by using EGI (Granite) and ENE.-Analyze and write the test cases in each phase and hold workshops with the team.-Hold workshops and meetings to set up rules to how migrate the data from the TAD-N legacy system into the EGI target systems depending on system phasing approach.- Lead the data migration testing, hold meetings with testers. Defects analyzing in a different data bases (EAI MIG, Staging data base and Telia Inventory DB).-Define the known issues and errors in each data migration phase and send the report to the stakeholders on regular bases.-Define the functional test cases based on identified and select use cases and/or use stories (including Physical and Logical End-to-End Connections from the source node to the destination one). Define non-functional testing and performance ones.- Define the test cases and Lead the integration Test between Address master, GESB and ENE to utilize existing addressing functionality from TeliaSonera’s proprietary system, AddressMaster, and extend that capability to the Integrated Inventory solution.- Define the test cases for integration test between EII (Integrated Inventory) and ENE for TAD perspective. And define test specifications in ENE for TAD-N Functions.- Reviewing and Update demos .e.g. Manual Guide of TAD-N in Granite, High level design, Low Level Design…- Admin user in Forge Ericsson system which is Open Source Suite to improve management of software projects and connect with team members and help in plan and monitor projects, manage software development lifecycle: builds, track requirements, tasks, incidents, etc.-Support the team in management functions such as network inventory, EriDoc, QC, Forge and fault management (OSS Functions).

2012 – 2008 RAN Supervisor Engineer Company: MTN, Syria-As RAN (Radio Access Network) engineer I was responsible of installation process, optimization, maintenance, troubleshooting, run scripts, system upgrade, A3 Alarm analyzing, renovation and audit for all Ericsson 2G BTS (Base Station Transceiver) and Node B (3G).-Microwave and Transmission cabinets (traffic node, Mini Link E, high capacity and Siemens multiplexes).-VSWR, ACR, SDH, PDH, ATM links troubleshooting.-Taking responsibility for Converting cascade E1s nodes to stand alone nodes.-Follow up with engineers and technicians, and close weakness points and being sure they finish their tasks on time with high quality.-3G/UMTS Ericsson Node B instructor.-Implement civil work and constructions for shelters and provide team with technical support when new RBSs (radio base station), MW, TXs, feeders are installed.-Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports and send it to my manager on regular basis.
