11 Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

A grievance redressal cell is functioning in the institute with a faculty member as in-charge of the cell. Grievances are collected online. The main function of the cell is to provide a systematic receipt of complaint and thereafter redressal / follow-up of the complaint. The officer in-charge ensure that appropriate action on the complaint / representation are initiated by the respective section of the institute.
