Career Objective:

As a collections officer representative my objective was to follow up on customers who are in debt with their credit card, home loan, personal loan and overdrawn personal account to recover outstanding payments. The main focus was to minimise losses to the bank at the same time as gaining a good
understanding of the customers personal/financial situation and delivering excellent customer service.
KPI’s
Set on a fortnightly basis - 240 second Average Handling Time as well as a 60 second hold and wrap up time per call.
80% and above Customer Satisfaction Rating as given from 1-100%. Average dollars collected above target.
89% promises kept (PK rate). 92% Adherence, following and being on scheduled work modes (Inbound, Admin, Web chat,

With my time as both a courier and secretary for the company, my roles included delivering goods to customers, dealing with customers, providing invoices and cash handling. As a secretary, I was often involved in replying to vendor e-mails and making phone calls related to shipment containers as well as
speaking with various customers and vendors. Overall, the main goal of my positions were to maintain the companies’ good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to this, it was vital
that I ensured our vendors were constantly updated with the performance of their products as well as providing suggestions to what they may do to improve their goods in order to perform efficiently in the market.
