Job Responsibilities

LTE Technology

•

SCFT Planning and on field Support.• CLOT Analysis and Planning.

• Using Quantum & MapInfo Find out the frequency interference & Resolve it.

• Monitoring E-nodeb Status and Plan Sites accordingly.

• Monitor SCFT KPI like RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, UL Throughput, DL Throughput,

VOLTE, SON Handover and Sector-SWAP.

• Also Change the Parameter using LSMR to achieve required SCFT KPI.

• Alarm Rectification and integration support to SOLPAR (Vendor).

• SCFT Report Validation & Check RF Condition at site.

GSM Technology

• Attending / resolving various corporate customer complaints forwarded by

NNOC and local customer care.

• Optimization of single cell sites using Drive test with the help of Drive test kit

and try to resolve complaints.

• Monitoring various cell parameters to keep KPIs under Monitor like TCH

Drop, SDCCH Drop, TCH Congestion, TCH Assignment Rate, HandoverSuccess Rate, and Drop Rate etc.

• Using Quantam & MapInfo Find out the frequency interference & Resolve it.

• Evaluating the effectiveness of the network by performing regular Drive Test

& its post process analysis which include optimization of sites with require

changes in Antenna type, gain, tilts, azimuth & Height and resolve Coverage

holes.

• Plan Neighbour List for New Site & Analysis old site Neighbour list As

Required.

• Repeater Plan & Implementation.• Done IBS walk test Using Tems Net-monitoring Kit.
